Where do I begin. Zena is amazing! She delivered the most beautiful pink and cream floral arrangements for our wedding. All of my guests loved the flowers and although they were silk flowers, they were quite realistic. It was also incredibly affordable compared to other silk floral companies I went to to get quotes. With the budget that I had, I was worried I would get smaller arrangements because that was what other companies were telling me but Zena prioritised making my venue look nice and gave me sizeable arrangements to fill out my room.

I loved being able to choose the colours of the flowers because that meant I knew what I was going to get on the day so there wasn't going to be any major surprises. This is one huge benefit for going with silk flowers because with fresh florals, you really have to trust the florist. I was particularly picky with my flowers because there are certain flowers and colours that are not auspicious in my culture and Zena respected that and made sure to make a note of it. Zena understood the brief and she really delivered.

The best part of everything was that Zena only had 2 weeks notice because my other florist wanted to cancel on me because they couldn't handle the stress of the bump in time being changed slightly and the fact that I was asking a lot of questions because my last florist was not transparent at all. While my other florist was creating problems for me, Zena was the hero of the day and came to us with open arms. When I told her my issue, she responded in the speed of light and I immediately was able to book an appointment with her and lock in my flowers the day after! Zena was also really calm about everything and honestly we couldn't have asked for a better vendor. She was extremely easy to communicate with and that made everything so easy. I also knew she was going to really look out for us on the day so it was one less thing to worry about it.

Despite telling this company that our function has been cancelled due to government regulations they refuse to refund 50% deposit and insist on a credit only which cannot happen as there will be no function. Very dissapointing for an Australian company that hire out props and hasnt outlayed any money.

I have received a full refund on everything else i placed a deposit on through other companies as they understand the crisis we are going through.

Definately not a recommended company to deal with.

Elegant is an understatment for this business the name is deceiving and does not suite the standards.

The only thing elegant about this place is the name. Most things you hire are dirty or scratched up. They tell you they cleaned it but it hasn't happened. Then they want to argue with you and management wants to hurl abuse. Rudest people I've ever met. Stay away from this place.

No problems with pick up or delivery arrived as per scheduled time.

Was a let down when props arrived damaged & not cleaned.

Apart from that service was good & recommended.
