EA games have ripped me off multiple times. I've purchased Battlefield 1. The redeem code didn't work and even after showing them my recipe I was told to return it to the store as it wasn't ES's problem. Which I did and the store told me it's an EA problem and it had nothing to do with them. $90 down the drain.
About a year ago I bought Command and Conquer Generals for myself. Again had issues redeeming the code. Support's response after an hour of trouble shooting, "it's an old game" and that was it. Again, I have proof of purchase and I couldn't get access to the game.
My mate bought me C&C Generals last night as a digital gift. It couldn't be redeemed. I just spent 2 hours talking to EA support, trouble shooting every option available! Their response in the end was "this seems to be an ongoing issue for you which we can't resolve". How much money will this dirty company take?
I'd contacted the ACCC and provided all the details after the first incident with C&C Generals. What did EA do? Ignored the ACCC, as they only that the ACCC can't legally do a single thing if they don't engage with them. In the end my case manager told me all I could do is take them to small claims court.
I've kept every recipe, every proof of purchase and ever digital transcript. EA will not get away with this. I use Steam and EpicGames and I've never had a single issue with either. EA/Origin is the bane of my existence.

EA you need to fix your issues Apex sever issues are seriously broken stop adding content as fast as fortnite and focus on the major bugs and maitentance on the game your treating it like is garbage

Would love to thank you guys for your latest sims4 update erasing all my custom content which was most of my game and pretty much making me start from scratch and then also not having an email or webform submission available because you know you are screwing everyone over. If your ‘updates’ are going to screw us all over why allow custom content in the first place! What a great way to ruin a Friday night. Thanks a bunch

EA is by far the worse company.
All ways disconnecting to the EA servers.
It seems to be that there servers are all ways under maintenance.

Battlefield games by EA.by now EA should know the concept "real life or realistic war"
my friends at EA think a head butt from an enemy can kill me while im pumping three rounds of MMG into his chest is an acceptable concept of "real life or realistic war" - please can i have my money back?

Need for speed no limits so many hackers in the game and you do not do anything to remove them?
