Joanne is an absolute disgrace to home owners who what to rent their properties. She deliberately allows drug dealers to rent! Please do not rent your property through this lady! Our family home is destroyed and our insurance will not cover the damage that has occurred to our family home through her negligence and lack of management. She is the worst real estate agent and needs her license revoked immediately. I would give a 0 rating if I could. This has caused my family utter distress. The reason why I posted this so no one will have to go through what we did.

Marley YU decided to double book my appointment time 3 hours after it was made and called me to tell me i need to change my appointment to a new day or bring it forward, the entire purpose of making an appointment is so that all parties agree and adhere to it not simply call somone saying i cant make it anymore i have a different appointment to go to, she is very usless and unprofessional.incompetence at its finest.

O/5 if I could. Very poor property management, poor communication and gave misleading information. Unreliable people! Very disappointed!

Ajay Kumar owned this real estate in Campbelltown and out of all the agents I know in Campbelltown all the way down to Ingleburn I'd say he's one of those very minut few agents that is honest and trustworthy highly recommend him he's gone over to partner with an agency in Campbelltown one of his friends go see Ajay!

Absolutely disgusting service from Joanne Zhao (director of this poorly run company). She is extremely disrespectful, shows up 40 minutes late WITHOUT THE KEYS, making verbal attacks at me and my family. Stay away from these people.

Been a tenant with them for a year and a half, had a very positive experience (as far as Real Estates go for a tenant) - Joanne (the principal) was very attentive to any repair needs, didn't bother us with unnecessary inspections, let us move out in the time frame that worked for us as opposed to arguing to the letter of the contract, and we got our full bond back.

Would definitely rent with them again.

Called agent to discuss an advertised property for rent. Agent was very dismissive and just said deposit has been taken before hanging up.
