Had the pleasure of being shown a townhouse by Michelle Michelle.
Gave her an extra star cause of how much we laughed after looking at this average townhouse that she was trying, very poorly to sell. Right from the get go she was swearing into her phone as she was walking towards the property and being full on.
Inside the property we were talking a photo and she yells NO PHOTOS! Which would have been fine. But the personally behind it was pretty interesting. Anyway she tried to convince us there was under supply.
That townhouse is still up for sale over a month later. Really can’t imagine who wants to buy a place from an agent that has such a lack of people skills. Mind boggling

Wasn't the smoothest of campaigns, changes in the lending interest rate buffer and a sudden increase in available properties nearby meant the auction didn't go to plan. But Credit to Troy and his team they stuck at it and the hard work paid off, we sold for a price we are very happy with.
