Rude and unprofessional property manager during inspections. If you have issues with repairs, expect nobody to follow up or take any notice. They're the equivalent of a used car salesmen.

EDIT: David, kindly stick your cookie-cut response up your proverbial. Your business does not care about tenants in rental properties (only new house sales for the commission) judging by these other recent comments. Have a chat to Natalie about her condescending and arrogant attitude.

I have to agree with Jack about the rude and unprofessional treatment I received from Natalie in regard to inspections and moving out. You can expect to wait months from something to get repaired and that's if they even bother getting back to you about it. I was met with the same bad attitude when moving out. They will threaten to remove a large amount of your bond if you leave as much as 1 crumb or 1 speck of dirt when moving out. It left me with many sleepless nights and anxiety dealing with it all. People need those bonds to move into their next home and they know that and hold it over you until you clean the whole house top to bottom regardless of the condition it was in when you first moved in.

As a new homeowner who no longer has to worry about repercussions from a rental agency I am happy to share my experience. The lady that was recently brought on to do property management in Laurieton and Bonny Hills was not very helpful at all. I also found her a bit rude and unprofessional at times. The exit inspection was a bit over the top also. It was almost white glove, with them standing on their toes to try and run their finger across a surface to check for dust. Upon querying their excessive methods I was met with an abrupt, "You can clean it or we'll get someone in to clean it and deduct it from your bond. " It's a shame they treat their tenants this way.

EDIT: You won't see my name as the property was leased to my partner. You care nothing about your tenants. I had to ask mutliple times to get simple repairs done and it took months to ge them sorted. Threating to charge me $200 to have a cleaning crew come in because there was dust on top of the door architrave isn't caring about your landlords and future tenants, it's bullying and down right rude and unprofessional.

I've waited a few months to post this review in fear that they may try to sabotage my rental applications after I had moved out. I found Elders impossible to deal with. Highly unprofessional, rude and negligent. Be warned when you move out, they come through with white gloves expecting a 40 year old home to be spotless and like new. They will pick on every detail then try to pressure to you come back and fix tiny imperfections. If that doesn't work, they threaten to have "professionals" come in and take the cost out of your bond.
