Really worse Costomer service, im living with my husband kalika raj giri at queen street Auburn central. Intercom is not working since 14 months, one day my husband has to stay at train station overnight because his mobile was switched of and not able to call me to open door.key was with me and my son. Issues about this is very small just need to change intercom set, it does not cost millions, it cost less then 100, even I can pay if they ask,
I would never ever recommend any one,

Ready made answers, we don’t repair common areas, but it’s not common area, it is inside the apartment not common area

Very very small issue also they don’t care about their tenants, only looking for rent is paid or not.my intercom was not working since 14 months, I’m really tired of sending emails, realestate blaming strata and strata blaming them back, I am facing many problems with in this 14 months. One night I slept at train station because I my key was at home with my wife my mobile was switched off and I was not able to call to open door. Really worst customer support.
They tried to get away with their responsibility with some of the lamest excuses I have ever heard.
I would never ever recommend to rent or buy with them any friends relatives anyone I know. It is not common area issue, it is inside the apartment,

They waste clients time as well as they doesn't have well trained staff.

They make you feel like they are doing some sort of favour by giving you opportunity to rent house from there agency.

My Partner moved into a place and her unit was disgusting. Furthermore from that the genius of A manager from elders is informed and sees a leaking pipe and instead sending someone to repair it, the lovely lady suggested she put duct tape on it. Furthermore when the she moved in on the first day the unit was unliveable (dirty, dead bugs everywhere, still a cockaroach infestation (to this day) and by the way we done everything in our power to try to clean it but it must have been an old meth lab or something because there stains on the walls you’ll never get off…. Honestly UNLIVEABLE. 7 month long email chains with minimal replies and 0 action to the things that were brought up to them. Don’t worry you don’t know who I am atm or who this review is in relation to but, I’ll be calling to today to discuss the disgusting behaviour you have been showing your tenants and You’ll be expecting contact from the tribunal in the coming months/ weeks for your absolute disgusting behaviour as landlords.

Elders Real Estate has been the best agent I have ever had, I've been leasing an apartment through them for the past 3 years and they have always tended to any needs and Judith has been the best property manager as well. I had a bad experience when renting from Elders LIDCOMBE. It took forever to do a minor repair. When I moved out they ask me to fix 17 issues in the house. I did everyone of them. Then after a month they sent me few more with a $700 deduction from the bond. I felt they are just looking for excuses to take my bond. I wouldn’t deal with them again.
