It was a fantastic experience selling my house through Jon Stumbles. I have bought a number of properties in Queanbeyan over the years and so have been looking at the market and came across Jon a number of times. So, when it came to selling I looked at the types of properties the agents sell and Jon stood out for me. He proved me right by handling the marketing and sales very professionally. I found Michael provided excellent service. I used Michael to arrange the sale of our family home. My mother had moved out to aged care and I was no longer living in Queanbeyan. Michael arranged all aspects of the sale, including advertising, legals, inspections etc and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place. I found this invaluable as I was not able to be there in person. The sale was finalised in a timely manner, and a good result achieved at the end of the process.

Jon been fantastic throughout the process and tried his best to sell property. Jon put really great efforts in selling my block, he was always available to communicate or meet at short notice.

Applied for a rental never heard anything despite sending 2 applications.not a phone call or email for an inspection nothing.

I rang Elders yesterday to let them know that my neighbour (their tenant) had not been seen for close to a week, the lawn was a foot high and the bins hadn't been brought in. I believed a welfare check was in order to ensure that there were not bodies dead on the floor. What I received from Kelly/Kellie in response demonstrated just what an unfeeling, uncaring individual she is. She told me that if I had a complaint I needed to put it in writing - she obviously hadn't been listening. I tried several times to get the message through to her, and then I swore at her (out of frustration) and hung up. A few minutes later I received a return call from her telling me that I owed her an apology for swearing. Given that my neighbours welfare could have been at risk, I owe her nothing but contempt. She is a disgrace. Give this agency a big miss and go to an agency who may have some feelings for their clients and the public. As a footnote, it turned out to be a false alarm, as my neighbour returned home (in good health) later that evening.

Can you give less than one star? Because I would like to. Sent through an offer of tenancy before getting the owners approval and then later rescinded it.
I have been dealing with real estate agencies since I was very young and I have never had such poor service.

We found agents at Elders very punctual and professional for rental inspections. Our contracting process with them was handled in a detailed and meticulous manner. Rhiannon and Nicole were great help in guiding us throughout the process. So far we are happy and content with our interactions with them.

BEWARE Elders/Kellie is the most discussing RE ever, she even went to the extent of contacting my employer to cause trouble, which I will taking further, as privacy issues here! All I wanted to do s buy a property. This is not my name as I am scare of repercussions from this lying cheating agency! Stay clear of them
