Elders Penrith are completely unreasonable. I had to drop keys off for a rental property to the agency by 5pm as the agency closes then. I was stuck in traffic from work and got there at 5: 15 but they were closed already. I then returned the next morning at 9am when they opened and was told I needed to pay another days rent. I asked why as the agency was closed anyway and no time was lost but they said they have the right to charge an extra day so they will. I understand if I dropped the keys off in the afternoon but it was as they opened so the agency lost no time at that point. To charge for another day when the keys were dropped off as they opened is completed unreasonable and just shows what kind of money hungry agency this is.

We were ready to put our property in the market. Joey was referred by a family friend. At first meeting, Joey inspected the property and went through the process on how we will be selling our property. Joey also provided us an indicative price range we agree would be a good number to sell the property. We managed to get an offer and sale on the first open day and was able to get the high range of the property price to complete the deal. Joey had been supportive all throughout the sale and post-sale process.

Property Managers at this agent honestly treat people terribly.
They could use a lesson in being decent human beings and no I do not owe them any money and there is no justification for the manner in which I have been treated.
