Charlotte had a very good knowledge of what the buyer is looking for. Nothing is a bother she was always prepared to answer all of my questions. My parents property sold after one open house, can't ask for better than that

Dennis is warm and approachable, very knowledgeable, understands both parties and is friendly. He was quick to get back to us, unlike other experiences in the past. As he spoke to us back and forth, we were able to weigh out our options and make a call. I believe his knowledge and expertise is a great benefit to the firm. They are such unprofessional and cheated people ever they show us rental property when tenant were already in the property. We could not do the inspection properly at that time because house was not empty. Later on we request for another inspection with one of the real estate agents. She showed us property before we move in, what we notice house was very dirty, there was mould on bathroom shower screen, tiles, kitchen, curtains were completely dirty with dust and mould on all the windows. I request them to clean the house property before we move in. They promise to clean it, later on they said they organise someone to clean the property, we were very happy that they organised someone to clean the house. When we sign the lease enter in property we were very disappointed from these dodgy people because they did cheated with us the house was very dirty as before mould was still there, when we request them to send cleaner she started making excuses. We had really very bad experience from Elders. Seriously, we don't want to stay in this property as they cheat with us. We already sign the lease.

A smooth and easy process.
Dennis was very professional to deal with, he kept us in the loop and was very honest and straight up. Both Dennis and Charlotte made the process easy, and were accommodating of our requests.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dennis Ashford has been very successful selling properties in the Kings Langley area for close to 30 years. I would not look to anyone else to handle my purchases and sales.

My dealings with Elders has been nothing short of horrendous. Unprofessional is an understatement, as a vendor selling my home I expected professional agents handling my home. I never received calls after open homes, very rarely any feedback unless I called or texted. My agent looked great when I first met him but gradually his appearance and selfcare declined. Stinking of smoke is not somebody I want opening my homes to others.
Today I was at my property and I had a couple get out of the car and ask if my home was still for sale as it was no longer listed (I pulled out and am searching for another Estate agent)
I said yes and told her it will be Re listed soon. She told me her interactions with my agent where also very unprofessional and "sloppy"
I could say alot more but will leave it here.

Worst experience! Unprofessional, poor communication. Happy to lease properties that are unsafe for children and animals. Assured that the property would be clean and no longer looking like a construction site.didn't happen. I stayed two weeks and left as I couldn't have my child/dog at the property. Terrible!

The staff were so friendly and have always worked with me. I have never had an issue. They are responsive and professional. A great team:)
