Wish I could select -5 stars. Very poor communication, called 30/4 Property manager was going to follow up with tenant regarding leak, called back 19/5 spoke to Nick, was very apolgetic at lack of communication back from previous conversation with property manager but have found Nick's lack of communication is on par with 1st incompetent property manager. Four weeks on and still cant get access to their clients unit to fix a repair. These people forget that others also have a job to complete.

We thought were preparing to re-let our investment villa that we've owned from new in 1995, but after they helped us understand the current challenging rental market we all quickly agreed it was time to prepare for sale. We did our work to present an attractive property, they referred a credible stylist (House2Home Property Styling), & the property was sold within one week for well over their estimated range. That's what teamwork & trust can achieve!
