Ordered family meal didn't get any drinks food was garbage don't suggest anyone go there ever

The food was average nothing like expected the service was good and quick. I dined in they serve the food as if it was take away in cardboard, tabouli was served in a small plastic container. This place is not like your average chicken shops who serve you food in actual plates and bowls. While I was eating the workers were arguing about something and were really loud. Male and female Bathroom taps weren't working so we had to use disabled bathroom. 1st and last time going to this place

Love this place. Food always excellent and reasonably priced. Staff always friendly and restaurant is always spotlessly clean.

WOW BRO THE BATHROOMS ARE AMAZING THEYRE SO CLEAN AND ESPECIALLY THE DISABLED ONE. Wallah the food comes so quick and its so good abit overpriced because im broke but wow the large chips and garlic sauce best combo.

Poor management and unresponsive staff. I waited long for the order and then they cancelled the order. Poor service.

We went there for late lunch and it was not super busy. Service was excellent. Food was delicious, we ordered chicken as well as burger meals. Good portions for the price paid. Will definitely go back

Excellent customer service. Today the lady helped me get the best deal with my large order and another stacked my boxes in a way that I can carry without being asked to do so. Food was delicious as usual and premises clean.

Dreadful service and they seem to not honour any voucher issued to resolve a complaint when you don't receive what you ordered

I loved everything about this place. Great people, good communication and great quality food, especially the tabloueh it took me back to my childhood when my grandmother used to make it! I couldn't fault anything with this place even if I tried. Awesome experience. I'm definitely going there in the future! Highly recommended!

The food was yummy chicken was juicy chips had the right amount of salt. Garlic sauce and the coslaw was really good.

Dinner for 2 was absolutely delicious, so tasty, fresh, highly recommend great customer service great atmosphere very welcoming.

Made an order of a meal, asked if I could swap the gravy for a different side item (same size and value) was told NO!
Very poor service, absolutely disgusting.
Waited almost half an hour to get my order.
Food was poor and bread was soggy.not great at all.

Can't go wrong with El Jannah chicken rolls. Abit slow in making the chicken rolls. My favourite charcoal chicken place!

Chicken moist not dry. Very good chicken place to eat with friends and hag out while you eat lunch or dinner. Can't wait to go again

We ordered for mothers day 16 chicken and 3 family meals for our mothers day event.

The chicken was so decliious it was cooked to perfection.
We hadn't experience your dine-in as yet! As it was all take away.

Overall the service was quick and on time.

This is a great location and well laid out store. My half chicken plate was delicious and reasonably priced with plenty of garlic sauce.

El jannah Chester hill shouldnt even be called El jannah. The only good one left is the Punchbowl one.
