Never been so happy with my hair, growing it out as I was recommend by Jarod.
As a guy with curls is a challenge, the Keratin treatment was perfect. Jarod did the most amazing job, two hours in and out!

Two sessions and almost $1000 later and I’m still not the blonde I wanted (bright blonde) despite being reassured from the beginning that it could be done. I came into my first session with bronde hair, I was able to reach a medium (darkish) blonde in one session. I shouldn’t have come back a second time because my results are the same as the first session and do not reflect the time and money I invested at this place. In addition to that, I had the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my first session (terribly rude service despite constantly reminding me that this place is “high end” hence the high cost). Decided to come back and try another hairdresser since I had already invested so much, he was much kinder and still a senior hairdresser. I payed for olaplex treatment again (after intense recommendation) expecting there to be an obvious transformation with the colour in my hair. However walking out of that session I was charged a huge amount only to be looking the same as before, and received another high quote for my next session. Clearly, I’m willing to pay for results - if you could actually deliver, I’d be satisfied. But to keep coming back over and over to be told “it’s a journey” and “we can’t go too far in brightening it today”, it’s clear that:
A) You’re not listening to me as a customer
B) You want to provide me with minimal results
C) Have me coming back constantly for the $$.

I understand you mention it may take 2-3 sessions to get it quite light, but after the worst customer service and walking out of my second session with barely any transformation from the first time, I’m not convinced you have my best interests at heart.
It was my goal to reach blonde before the end of the year, I’m still not the blonde I wanted, and I wasted a HUGE amount of time and money here. Disappointed and will not be back.

Finally found the hairdresser that can achieve the colour I have been longing for. Beautiful cut, colour and amazing blow dry. Cenk is a super star‍

Michael Kelly is amazing - he spent a long time understanding what I was after and transformed my drab brown hair into stunning lived in blonde - very impressed!

Amazing! I've been to so many top rated hairdressers in Sydney, in attempt to maintain a style for my thick straight hair. I've always felt a little lied to, especially when they'd try to convince me that beach waves or curls were a good idea (they're not). Aidan at Edwards and Co was blunt, honest and totally fabulous, I cant wait to go get a colour done. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great regular hairdresser.

I honestly can’t recommend Dane at Edwards and co enough! His hands are magical- I have never once been disappointed after having my hair done by him! He’s AMAZING!

Charlie Gauci, best colourist in Sydney. Never met a talented hairdresser like him. His beyond amazing! His actually a genius! Im over the moon with my new colour and cut. I have lost count of how many compliments i have received. I cannot recommend Charlie highly enough! He was so patient with me and knew exactly what i like as i have never coloured my hair before. Located inside the W's AWAY Spa, you'll find nothing but luxury and talent at the Edwards and Co.salon. Dane Wakefield is an outstanding colourist who know exactly how to dramatize your beauty with the latest trends in hair and makeup. I have extremely thick hair and Dane is the only person I trust to colour and style it. Such a relaxing and luxurious experience in a beautifully designed space!

Have never actually been to this salon - the reason for that however is that every time I have called to make an appointment I have been put on hold for at least 5 mins. Superrr unprofessional in my opinion - if you don't want to pay a receptionist then make an online booking system, not that hard!

I visited Edwards and Co for the first time on Friday. Steph did such an amazing job with my colour. I came out with the perfect blonde, exactly what I had asked for and more! Best colour I have ever had, so thank you Steph!
