38I bought a log splitter a year ago and now its leaking.tried buying seals for it from there website but they have none for sale, so i asked where they get there parts from so i can get some new seals for the ram and all i get is there made in china but they will not me who makes them in china.terrible service
Ordered new switch. See photo for second hand item they sent. Terrible service, no response. Stay away from this company
Edison using Hunter Express! The worse delivery transport Company ever! Edison Knew the Problem, but not willing to help their own Customers! Disapointed All Round! Hunter Express Rudes, Their Driver not Communicated with Their Office instruction!
& Hunter Express would not care Of how The Customers Feel about it Service. If it does its shoudl make the Driver to accontable for the Delivery! But its only care about itself and not the Customers " All Round DIsapointed""

This company should not be allowed to operate they do not answer their phones they do not answer their emails they are charging me $800 to get a generator from Sydney to Melbourne be very careful
I bought an air nail gun and was very disappointed with their service. It has been nearly five days and they havent dispatched the item. Tried calling about a dozen times and email a couple of times but never got a response. This is my first and last time I will ever purchase an item from Edisons. Extremely poor service. You will be better off to pay a little bit more and buy from other well known hardware and tool shops.
Terrible service, enquiring about spare parts for a generator, gave believed model no. And photos and specs of parts, first email was ignored, second email following up they asked all the same questions of information given in first email, third email asked the same again, just giving me the run around as I think the sales person was just to lazy to go and look and check for the parts I'd given details and photos of! Was trying to support an Australian Business, but seems like they don't care unless your buying expensive items thru there automated ebay system, (of which I will now never use or recommend) Good luck with you unsupportive business model, if you don't want to support or serve customers wanting to buy parts, what makes you think they'll want to buy or recommend people buying expensive products from you? Stay away!
Easily the worst business I have had to deal with. Evasive and dishonest if you get contact. Be ready, everything is your fault. Even if you use the freight account and company they give you.
Product is what you get for the price - possibly supporting others might be better for Australia long term. The big issue I have is they hold you to ransom after order with some sort of refund scam to evidently prove it is your card and presume in this day an age people still use internet banking with all the risks to check this - they do this from time to time so if you dare be prepared to get frustrated. I have found you can source all they have from Alibaba at a much lessor price, yes there is no warranty and a lead time however much easier to deal with!
Also the attitude (seems to either a lack of basic education and/or they really think it is a privilege to buy from them) in comms is a major issue - won't answer questions (possibly I think it might be best to only ask one per email as I think they might be able to understand that!) certainly will be tossing the gear in the bin and going to a local shop to buy a real chainsaw so I can get service and parts easily
Bought a lawn mower online and it was showing next day pick up but now they told me I can’t pick and the delivery was supposed to be dispatched this week but got an email that it will be dispatch next week and then will take 5-7 business day to arrive. The worst online website in Australia for your tools and stuff. Not recommend to anyone.
Worst experience with them. Bought the pressure washer jet USA 450, went home and tried using it just 30 mins after purchase and found tht it's faulty, it was leaking so went back to Edison's and lady said I have to take it to seven hills which is much far from.penrith where I live, so went to seven hills, rather then fixing the issue lady told me to put the plumbers tape on it to stop it from leaking, how funny is it I have bought the brand new product and rather then fixing they want me to use it with the tape and then I have asked i dont need it I just want my money back and lady said we will have a look at it and will send an email. So stay away from them u r just paying ur hard earning money to take stress. Nt happy at all.
Just had my raptor 900 shredder delivered today and the engine is siezed haven't even started it yet.
They have apologized and thats it thats all there going to do.
I'll be contacting consumer affairs over this matter you can't just ripp people off and say sorry about that.
There is no tech support so your on your own.
I thought buying Australian products would be great idea but I found out the hard way and I will never buy Australian products in my life.very very week in power.and the noise is really enjoying anyway I tried to support the Aussie product but never again.
Pole saw handle snapped, could have killed someone. Chain blunt after three branches, motor speeds and cannot be slowed.
They cannot be contacted by telephone then ignore your emails.

Extremely disappointed with the service and communication from Edisons direct, would definitely caution any purchase from them, whilst I read some positive reviews, my experience and interaction with them is / was extremely poor, their policy's are not as stated in the preamble and I will never use them again!
Bought a gift for my son 3 weeks ago and have had no feed back on delivery status, have tried contacting them via email messenger ebay and even ringing.with no luck. I regret dealing with this mob they are piss poor4

Want a mower? Go to bunnings at least they will treat you with a bit of respect!
Bought through them twice. Both experiences poor, bought a garden multi tool came with a broken case and the hedge trimmer needed modification before it would work. Then bought a chain saw, didn't come with all pieces contacted multiple times for no response. Won't use them again.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they are dishonest and untrustworthy
They send you broken products and stretch out refunds as much as possible. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER
