Eden Visitor Information Centre reviews
20I travelled from melboune eden and visited to information centre. The lady who workes there was extremely welcoming and friendly. Gave us heaps of information and shared her knowledge too. I couldnt get her name. We were there on the 20th november.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful location with modern & clean toilets. Lots of souvenirs and local goodies
Beautiful location and super friendly staff to help. Lots of local and regional suggestions and gift options.
Unfortunately our visit coincided with the arrival of a large cruise ship. There were people everywhere, and the wait to get service at this place was ridiculous.
Really helpful knowledgeable staff that are happy to help and share their knowledge and provide suggestions
The best information center that I saw in Australia!
Friendly staff and amazing views - super excited place
Had a great experience here, credit to Maeve, "I am in Love", she was very accommodating with the kids touching all the cool stuff and still had enough time to welcome us to the sapphire coast.
Extremely clean and modern bathrooms so thank you to council.
Plenty of staff and information for the south Coast as well as Bega Valley and a variety of goods for purchase
Been here every summer, and I'm so glad to see its on the way recovering from the bushfire and covid.
Beautiful location, clean water, very friendly locals, new facilities, and most important are very helpful information and selective local souvenir with a great price!
So happy to taking a few home and supporting Eden.
Super friendly staff, nice new building on the wharf, coffee outside and the guest toilets are very nice.
Happy staff and nice small setup. A good small market once a month also. As we always say, if you want to know what to see speak to a local, or go to the info centre who are locals. Have a look at the pier also while your there.
Great place to get some info on what to do while in and around Eden. Staff were super helpful and friendly
Lovely team! We got a lot of information for planning our trip around. Well done and thanks so much for your help!
A new visitor centre opened a few weeks ago, and appart from the friendly, enthusiastic, very knowledgeable gentleman who helped us, it is well worth the visit to have a look at the lovely building. Beautiful reclaimed timber has been used everywhere, all with its own story. Be sure to check out the counter top, where all of the worm holes in the old timber have been filled with blue resin and polished. A dreary day when we visited, but apparently on sunny days everything takes on a new glow!
Visited Eden Information Centre on Tuesday 6th April 2021. (we first tried the local camp store & the fish/trackle shop for a locals idea but nothing).
My partner & I were trying to find accommodation (non powered campsite) for 1 night in Batemans Bay or close too.
The two ladies at the Eden Information Centre (sorry forgot their names, 1 was training) at the front desk/reception were very friendly & extremely helpful.
We were given a Map & a few other pamphlets & told to try Congo campground, so we called National Parks NSW (cause you need to book campsites in NSW = strange? Compared to VIC) but due to COVID & the Easter Break it's understandable.
So we did & lucky enough there was 1 spot left so we took it. (Congo campground was Beautiful & we recommend it as well).
So glad the Information Centre was there & open. It was most definitely helpful & appreciated.
Thank you again.
Wonderful helpful male staff member. Made us feel welcome and truly interested in our enquiries
Great and very helpful information provided by Eileen and her colleague about interesting walks around Eden
The people were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and were quite willing to assist. The town of eden is picturesque.
Extremely helpful staff, wanted to find out more about local walks and the national parks. Knowledgeable staff with excellent listening skills to make sensible recommendations to suit our needs. Appreciated the advice about the walks closed by bushfire recovery.
Coming here is always a pleasure. Claire and all of the staff members are so friendly and helpful as well. I am always treated with courtesy, respect and dignity and they always go above and beyond to help in any way that they possibly can. So many services are on offer here and I would not hesitate in highly recommending them to anyone who wants great quality service that comes with a smile and can do attitude. Nothing is ever a problem and it is both refreshing and wonderful to experience such a place with so many lovely people to deal with! Well done and my many thanks for everything.
