My family wanted to sell our beloved beach house after more than 60 years serving as our holiday by the sea in Idyllic Pambula Beach. My job was to find a Selling Agent who understood our special offer and was able to build a sales strategy to present this special place to the market.
After calling and interviewing 13 agents from the district, I found that only one, Glenn Brunette from Eden Reality, really listened to what I was asking and was able to translate this into a campaign to attract the sort of buyers we knew were out there.
Glenn spoke about lifestyle and the feeling that comes from being so close to the beach in front, as well as the way you feel owning this prime spot in Pambula Beach. His campaign used drone video to look over the whole visa and see the river mouth and headlands opposite. He talked about the fishing and surfing, the sound of the waves and the bell birds, the possibilities that we knew was the ‘real’ value of our house – not just the square meters on the block and the state of the kitchen.

As a result, of his work, we achieved a record price for our house surpassing our top expectation by more than 15% which is a great achievement and a testament to the approach Glenn applied to our campaign.

Hence, if you are selling and you want to be more than just another line on a list of a busy agent, if you want someone to listen to you and to be able to see you property through eyes of the buyer, if you want to get the maximum possible from the current market then Glenn Brunette, Eden Reality, has proved to me that he should be your first stop. Maybe the others will have plenty of fancy words to promise you this or that but I can say unequivocally, that Glenn is in a class above them all - he will deliver what he promises and that dear reader is all the difference in the world.

Highly recommended. Its close to the cafes, beach, Eden shops and plenty of space. The agents where very friendly and helpful.

Our retal property in eden was looked after absolutely wonderful. Living interstate makes it hard to manage the property but the staff at eden realty made it very easy. Very easy to deal with and nothing was to much trouble.

We came to Eden sight unseen in February after the passing of a relative. We selected Eden Realty with no previous knowledge or recommendations to sell the property. We could not have been happier with this choice. Glenn and his friendly staff were always more than helpful on many occasions, and Glenn in particular went out of his way providing assistance and worthy advice to help our cause. I have dealt with Eden Reality for over 20 years having Glenn help my parents buy the perfect house for them in Eden & myself buying a Farm property in May 2017. I rent out the house currently and Eden Reality manage the property on my behalf. They make sure the tenant keeps the property up to scratch & performs the quarterly inspections on time & I get a copy of the inspection report. Any problems with the property I am informed & receive assistance if needed to assist the renter in repairs if required.
A friendly business who are down to earth & you receive the correct advice you are looking for in either a purchase or rental property.

We have dealt with Glenn at Eden Realty twice now over the space of several years, once as a purchaser and again as a vendor. We always found Glenn to be extremely helpful and sincere in his advice. Having originally purchased my house through Eden Realty roughly 9 years ago and losing this house in the recent bushfires. I turned to Glenn Brunette, Principal, for advice for the go forward. Glenn provided me with valuations and the advice necessary for my situation and was a great support during this time.

Glenn then introduced me to his Property Manager, Sonya, who given she herself is a local Kiah person and also nearly lost everything in the fires, was empathetic and supportive of me and went over and above to find me the right rental property so that all of my needs were considered.

I could not recommend Glenn and his Team at Eden Realty more highly.

*EDITED after posting my review, the owner phoned me to follow up. I appreciated the call. He informed me most of the below issues have since been rectified, and the cleaner used at the time is no longer used.

There were positives to our stay, but plenty of major negatives, too. We were not expecting, nor requiring anything fancy, however, when many basic items were either completely broken or not supplied, it was extemely irritating and disappointing. However my main gripe is the lack of courtesy shown by Eden Realty - I emailed them all of my issues below, and they completely ignored me.  
Major issues
* Cold tap in the kitchen is broken, making it very difficult to use (literally comes off in your hand)
* The sink in the ensuite is "plumbed" in with duct tape - water just flows directly onto the floor, rendering it useless
* The hot tap in the ensuite shower comes off, much like the kitchen tap
* Many of the bowls and pots we pulled out had dead cockroaches in them - and over the course of our 4 night stay we killed several live roaches
* The range hood is completely clogged up with dust, which is a fire hazard
* The only source of heating in the house is the fireplace, yet no wood at all is supplied
* The "roll out mattress" as described online is just a 1 inch thick piece of foam - roll out implies a trundle bed
* There is not 2 queen beds, as described online, but a queen and a double
* The double bed is absolutely dreadful quality - it is basically a trampoline, as are the single beds. Mattresses are not expensive and this one desperately needs replacing
Minor issues
* The clothes horse is broken and held together by a plastic bag
* The ensuite shower looks like it has never been cleaned
* The fridge leaks water all over the kitchen floor
* It would be nice if basics were supplied, like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, washing powder etc
*there is clutter everywhere. We put loads of stuff away in the empty dining room cupboards just so we had more space
* parking with a boat is quite difficult as the block is extremely steep
Not one issue on that list (parking excepted) would be difficult or expensive to fix, and would make the world of difference to the house.
Positives 
* The views are lovely
* The neighbourhood is quiet 
* nice and close to everything 
* big backyard for the kids
* any kitchen utensil you could need is supplied 
* The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable 
* there is plenty of room
* having 2 tv's is great to separate kids from adults 
I will also add that I emailed not one, but 2 staff at Eden Realty outlining the issues - neither bothered to even respond, let alone phone me. With such major issues, this is quite shocking customer service, and shows total lack of courtesy.

I went to through this mob for a rental property and had all necessary paperwork excellent references n still got knocked back due to previous real estate review from over 10 yrs ago mind you. They were not interested in the most recent rentals which had amazing reviews according to the real estate themselves. Absolutely appalling correspondence as no one called back when they said or emailed. Worst real estate i have ever applied or dealt with
