I had an appointment booked in with Darren. The lady Batoul at the receptionist desk was so lovely, kind, and helpful. She helped answer any questions i had and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Darren was so gentle and has such great attention to detail which made the whole process so smooth. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and gave me great advice. Loved his work.

I’ve been visited Eden Hurstville for Pico way treatment. Big improvement shows in my skin tone and texture. Thanks Andrew for the great efforts.

I’ve been seeing Nurse Darren for a year I am so happy with his results to my face. He is always informative and im always treated with respect.

I recently had a wonderful experience at the Hurstville Laser clinic with Zeinab. From start to finish, she provided excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Zeinab was incredibly knowledgeable about the whole laser process.

During my appointment, Zeinab showed a great attention to detail and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results before finishing the treatment. I couldn't be happier with the outcome -.

I was helped by Esther and she did an amazing job explaining and performing the laser procedure. Service was great so I booked more as a package.

I went on Sunday and was greeted by the friendly and helpful Batoul, and had my procedure done by the lovely Esther - I wanted to highlight how welcome these two made me feel and how much I appreciated their care, thank you!

Appointment was made for 9.30am on easter Monday, double checked with hurstville clinic (and have email as confirmation) that it was at the right time and on public holiday. Was told yes. Came to the clinic on the scheduled time and told by staff the appointment was changed to 10am but the person has called in sick so can’t see you for another 2weeks and can’t do anything. No explanation as to who changed the appointment and why. The person in the clinic on Easter Monday even after being told I booked this appointment in month ago and came in early from holiday since needed to have this appointment told me that she can’t do anything. Very disappointing service and no effort to contact me prior to coming for the appointment.

The worst ever experience of my life. Jinan, I hope god forgives you for your absolutely demeaning and despicable behaviour. I have never been treated more poorly in my life. I have been coming to this clinic for two years and have always had an amazing experience. The girls are professional, kind and engaging. However today Jinan, after the way you’ve treated me, I am so traumatised that I will never return. Shame on you for treating other humans with such disregard and disrespect. May god help you clean your soul

Regarding the below from the owner. Thank you for responding without hearing my version of events.
As a human being, I too do not tolerate any behaviours of any sort like I was subjected to on my last visit.
Correct, I attended my appointment 7 minutes late which I was completely apologetic for. After arriving 7 minutes late, I sat at reception waiting till your staff member called me in to the treatment room. The explanation she gave for her being late was that she needed to get the room ready. After being taken in, I was further left waiting while she proceeded to walk out twice, both of which included a barrage of verbal abuse.
When the treatment finally commenced, she was so rough. She was squeezing and pushing my legs and broke the pencil while forcefully drawing lines on them. This hurt immensely.
I never demanded the whole treatment be completed. I was fully aware being 7 minutes late coupled with the extended wait for your staff member, that completion was never going to be an option.
Obviously I did not proceed with the treatment and finally left convulsing in tears and completely traumatised (check your cameras). This treatment is something I, nor any other human, should tolerate or be subjected to.

Beautiful service always feel welcome by all staff and they are absolutely amazing at what they do

This clinic has a welcoming vibe. Zeniab and previous workers (who had left) had always made my partner and i welcomed. Very friendly, on time and knows what they’re doing, new staffs would ask the experience for advice or help, so they don’t give you the wrong information. Staff can recommend treatments properly as well. They also don’t push you to make appointments, lets you know about sales and dont push you to buy products like other salons.
All our sessions has been great and can see great results.

I had done pico laser treatment for the first time here with Andrew, he is amazing, very informative and clearly explained about the treatment. Also, he doesn’t hard sell to me which I loved, definitely comeback to get my face done with him.

But I have to give 4 stars because the staff in the reception is unfriendly and unwelcoming, when I asked about other treatment in the clinic she just said she doesn’t know, so I decided to leave the clinic instead of buy another treatment.

Very great service. Jinan is a professional beauty therapist and I enjoy my sessions with her.

I used to dread doing laser treatments before coming here but as soon as Tina was assigned to me I loved it. She is outgoing and well-spoken and makes every session enjoyable. The results of the laser treatments are amazing and I highly reccommend them!

Only required 3 appointments to get rid of pinkish color left on my eyebrows after microblading. Very happy with the results.

Terrible experience, Andrew Chin, the owner of the Eden Hursville clinic is very rude, misinformed and short tempered. He shouted at me. At the Hursville Eden laser clinic girl Duline (spelling? No name tags), who was going to do a laser hair removal for me had a blisters on her upper lips like a cold sore, refused to put a mask on, which I found not safe to me. Andrew accused me of being offensive of asking Duline politely if she had a herpes labials (cold sore) and to put the mask on? The laser machine settings they were going to use for me also were lower (Energy Density 7J/cm2) than other laser clinics done without any issues (Energy Density 8 J/cm2) but with the good result of no lips and chin hair grows for one year after one procedure. But the Eden clinic advised to me 10 procedures with low settings of 7J/cm2! At the end Andrew refused to serve me and shouted at me to go somewhere else and to leave the clinic without listening to me. Andrew: “You can complain to the head office! " But he gave me his business card without his name and contacts of the head office on it. I had to come back so he put his name on the card, but still no contacts of the head office. He also shouted after when he thought I have not heard it: "We can do anything we want in our clinic here. ” On the main Eden phone they said they were not responsible for Hurstville clinic as Andrew Chin was the owner of the clinic. Very disappointed. Will complain to HCCC (Health Care Complaint Commission) then. I attached a pic of the laser setting for my previous treatment which Eden clinic refused to do for me. Never back & will not advise anyone to go there.

Service with Andrew was great, he was professional, informing and educated me through multiple sessions for the service I was having done highly recommended!

Really disappointing my review keeps getting deleted, this place is a mess. Take responsibility. Ruined my skin. I came in to have a few freckles removed with Picoway, I was left in blisters that did not heal for weeks and were extremely uncomfortable. Over two months later I’m still experiencing very dark pigment around the freckles, not even fake tan can cover it, it almost makes it worse. I went to get a second opinion from a professional laser clinic as well as a dermatologist and they said that this is hyperpigmentation, possibly a result of having the setting on too high. They said Eden Laser Clinic should have done a test patch on my skin first. Now I’m left with permanent damage. I posted photos which have been deleted. Do not come here.
