How absurdly over priced $23 for eggs on toast $24 for avocado on toast. And there was nothing special about it. Very gimmicky in general - don’t waste your money. Paid $6.60 to add bacon and $6.60 to add hash brown and see attached photo of $14 worth of extras …. Pathetic

Very impressed by this place! We went to try their bottomless high tea which was super unique and ended up taking a light stroll in their gardens!

The food was super tasty and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

They got a nice garden out there, plants are fair priced, some are expensive but not all. Restaurant is very expensive with average food, not enough on the plate for the price we pay.

Well trained staff with warm welcome, assisted us to order without using the QR code. Polite and attentive to fill up water. Well presented food and highly recommended.

Very expensive fish n chips with not much less expensive small meal alternative (e.g. Entree size!) And can't book outside gaden. Also meal ordering inside! Left plates after sitting fpr an hour!

Great place to spend an afternoon! Great for kids too. Had the toddler roam around the displays and had a nice lunch and then picked out a few plants. They even had some seeds to give away thy we’ll plant with the kid.

No Stars. (I only put one as this is the min.) I was hoping to book for a pre-Christmas lunch with work colleagues. Several attempts at calling (full mailbox and apparently can't answer phone due to covid), at least 6 emails and a message via facebook over a 2 week period no return call to make a booking. I get December is a busy time of year and was happy to be patient but wow. Seems spending money with your local businesses isn't all that easy. What a shame.

One of my favourite garden shops, it’s as much an experience as it is a retail store. Walking through the different sections is one of my favourite past times, and also recently discovered there’s a whole downstairs bit with walking trails with art sculptures and all! Always very well stocked of a wide range of plants for both indoor and outdoors, kept in healthy conditions. A bit pricier than your Bunnings or Flower Power, but well worth the little bit extra for something that is well grown and healthy to take home or gift. Staff always super friendly and helpful.

The grounds look great but the staff lack basic knowledge of plants. The prices are horrendous. And the cafe is to be avoided.

Not sure why I can't walk around a garden centre with an extremely peaceful and well behaved dog.

Way to show respect for your long time customers. No more.

So yesterday wasn't a great day for the staff at Eden Gardens (things happening that were out of their control) but I did send an email expressing my disappointment. This morning I got a lovely phone call from the manager. Thank you for getting back to me it is much appreciated. Also my coffee was great!

We hosted our wedding ceremony at Eden Gardens and the overall experience was very positive. The weather leading up to the big day was wet and windy and it was no different on the wedding date.
We made the call to host the ceremony indoors and the setting turned out to be better than expectations. The team at Eden Gardens did everything they could to ensure our special day wasn't ruined by the terrible weather.
After the ceremony, we were able to take great photos around the garden space and the team gave us plenty of time to do so. Big thanks to Raine and Trish for the coordination on the day.
One minor hiccup on the day which brought down the rating (welcome sign missing) and overall, it was a success.

Go to ANL instead. Though this is entirely outdoors and has potential to be a nice place to spend time, there are no dogs allowed anywhere on the property, even on lead. So go for the better selection at ANL and you can bring your dogs too!

Lovely place with so much greenery and natural colours, huge variety of flowers to see and purchase along with lot of other garden stuff. The place is creatively decorated throughout with natural plant species and art installations during this period. The lunch and bar serve very nice food options with ample place to sit and relax.

I had a lovely experience with my girlfriend at the Eden Gardens. All the staff were super lovely and helpful. Especially Wendy and James. Extra props to James for carrying the super heavy terracotta pots and helping me get them into my car. 10/10 will becoming back next time I need things for my garden. Great experience and great staff?

A very nice peaceful oasis on the outskirts of Sydney. I'll definitely be coming back to try the breakfast next time.

Great gift shop! Very creative and innovative. A little pricey but good product. Cafe was of good service and accommodating to dietary needs. Food selection on menu was diverse and delicious. Atmosphere of the whole venue was a buzz and alive, especially with the four legged visitors in the outdoors.
Great place to be for some me time, a get together with a special someone or with a group of friends.
Highly recommended Eden Gardens.

A great place to bring the kids and wander around, even if you don't end up purchasing anything. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Well presented and maintained. Plenty of parking underground.

I would give zero if I could. Having spent over $300 I will never return here to buy a thing from the nursery. I questioned the cost of plants that were on a table in front of a 30-70% off sign. I paid full price for plants that were so root bound and over due being planted that I had to break the pots to get the plants out. There is no regulation on plants but when you are selling large size plants at high price they should be well cared for and given a chance of survival once planted.

Overpriced on all aspects.
Food was OK. Tiny portions for the price of a full sized meal. Won't be going back.
