Wonderful experience with EBH so far. Grateful for the assistance we got from our sales consultant Kam from the Cobbityy Display Homes. He paid attention to our needs and helped us choose a home that ticked all our boxes, at a reasonable price. Whatever we requested, he managed to negotiate for us. He was very professional and communication was the best. Kam went above and beyond our expectations! We are happy customers.

Do your self a favour and save yourself from stress and anxiety to choose any other builder who makes your dream home.
I can guarantee you that EBHs will give you nothing but frustration, nightmares before, during and after building.
They have good home designs, nice and polite sales team, but very arrogant, unethical and unprofessional sale tender and contract team and their team leader.
It took EBHs 7 months from our first meeting with sales team and to have our first tender presentation meeting in which all the variations we made in standard floor plan was agreed and confirmed but because we disagreed and challenged sales tender and contract team leader lady on some structural and building technical points which after consulting with EBHs draft/ structural engineer we were proven correct.
Since after this event sales tender and contract team leader tried to forced us by signing variations without explaining/ proper tender presentation meeting which we refused to sign as we were aware she is trying to avoid us by explaining technical points of our variations and we won’t be able to make any change after signing variations document.
She refused to give us of her time for meeting, never answered to our calls and responded to our emails after 3-4 weeks.
She took this personal and hold grudges against us and framed us by manipulating HO team with her make up storyline to make them agree on not to proceed with our build.
EBHs current sales tender and contract team leader is an extremely egoistic, arrogant and unprofessional person who is amazingly good in manipulating her senior management so she can get away after she treats clients rudely, arrogantly and disrespectfully who crossed questions and proved her that she lacked some technical build skills and asked questions about whatever she is telling and charging us.
EBHs just choose those clients who do not challenge whatever they are telling you on technical build points and rip off client who have no build technical knowledge so EBHs can easily make them agreed to whatever they are saying and charging.

Eden Brae homes are to be commended for the calibre of staff they hire, at every stage of our build from home selection with Dione in Warnervale to Site Supervisior Jack, has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them all. Our home has come along exceptionally well and in a timely manner. Eden Brae keep up the good work. I highly recommend his Builder

Anyone wants to go with this company please see the Facebook page to know the real experience of their customers, needs to scroll down all day to find one happy customer. Will must have worst experience anyone go with them, I built with them never again. From salesmen to CSA and SS they all lies all the time. My second floor making noise and construction supervisor said tradies missed some screws over there, now he asked me to take the hybrid floor off to put more screws and I need to redo the hybrid floor, is this joke? I got problem from day one to settlement. They have no respect to their customers and treat like a beggars.

Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
Her diligence in helping us choose the correct layout for our family was on point.
Never overbearing but always at hand when needed for a consultation.

Terrible company to deal with, poor quality and the staff are of poor quality. The contract wasn’t with the paper it was written on (as stated by Eden Braes building supervisor) poor communication. Wouldn’t build with them ever again.

I am not the person who writes bad reviews, but this case it was a really bad experience. They were not able to provide a quote on time and everything try to blamed on me. They took about 3 month to return my money. When I was applying for the second loan as I lost it because of them they reject my application. Also, every time you add something they charge you 3 times the market price, and when you reduce the actual construction from them they reduces just 10% out of the actual price. I understand that they will take 80% or 70% but 90% it is not and honest way to do business. After all the hassle I decided to give a second change building as they want and no how I want it and they came back to me saying that they don't want my business as the last experience was not good.

Do not go with this builder at all.

Built our first house with eden brae.after 3 years skirting went loose.undermount sink leaks.cornice coming off and few doors not shutting properly.charged top $$ for poor quality workmanship

2 years in our home. Every day I regret using this builder. Cracks everywhere. Drains back up all the time. Bricks starting to fall apart. Pay a little bit mote and use a reputable builder. These guys are a joke. Sent repairers our.they cause more damage. Dont build with them.

I have been frustrated with Eden Brae with the kind of service they have been providing. I am the third owner of property built by Eden Brae. I purchased this property for more than a million dollars, been trying to seek consent to release the engineering and architectural drawings for my home renovation since past a month or two and still awaiting. Upon following up they are not cooperative and not ready to provide the consent. How ridiculous to not have the approved drawings of the home that you own!

Couldn't even get to the building process. Very glad that I pulled out of this home business and chose a different business to build with.

I have built my first dream home with Eden Brae in 2017 October. It was a 40 plus square meter single story house. Both me and my wife communicated with the Kitchen designer (engineer) who has really poor experience and knowledge about the kitchen measurements which ended up in setting a Kitchen bench top with no extension for the breakfast table. Actually there was well enough space to set the bench top (extended) but the person who dealt was now good in that and could not visualize the space and gave us wrong directions. I have spent over 60 grant (Additional) for the kitchen with no proper bench top and cupboards. On top of this, we have a separate prayer room which has got a screen as we requested. The same person could not advise well enough to advise the impact of this huge screen. The screen is nearly 1.5 meter wide and 2.7 meter high. This is very unstable and the charge was huge. I feel really sad about both these as I am not sure how I would fix this again.

We are almost at the 6 month mark of our build and the bricks are only half finished. No work has been completed in nearly 8 weeks. Do not build with them, do your research there are plenty of good builders out there. Biggest regret!

Just wanted to say thankyou to Fae Shateri for the outstanding service she provided us during the period of providing us with the estimate quote. We had a terrible experience with another builder and switched over to Eden Brae. She was very professional and very helpful in the process. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. Thankyou again!

Eden Brae is not looking into rectifying the defects properly and has so many excuses to delay the maintenance process and when the problems happen again, it’s out of the 24 months” minor defects” warranty period. Their work is terrible, I doubt the tradies they use are qualified, they attended my property without noticed before and even broke the gate. I think it’s hard to list all the issues I have with them and post it here. I have dealt with other builders, I won’t say they are great and definitely much better than Eden Brae. I’m really fed up dealing with Eden Brae, they just don’t care about the customers. I would highly suggest everyone to stay away from this doggy company.

I think my house is jynxed. Same crack in roof as it keeps cracking even after 4 times fixed and bulk heads installed. Is this even safe? They put Windows in kitchen not glass panel. No one picked this up.

Now I see one of your trucks (I have the rego) speeding around Jordan Springs.

The Sales consultant (MM from Box Hill) doesn’t know how to listen to what I want but instead, he is pushing me to go on a house that I don't prefer. And he doesn't know how to read within the line, I already mentioned that almost all of the builder where offering 10-15k off because of what's happening due to covid19. So we end up with other builders who gave us an extra 3k discount (18k in total). I like the house design and inclusion, I was willing to downgrade so it will suit our budget, but the consultant wasn't really helpful as compared to other consultants from other company that we met. Furthermore, I was also the one who was chasing him instead of the other way around.

Very bad experience after settlement. Maintenance Manager Jason Busuttil doesn’t want to listen to clients, no respect, always negate clients concerns. We are regretting to built with Eden Brae if we would have been know about the person like Jason in their ranks. This person creating a bad reputation for the company and a headache for the clients. Eden Brae should take immediate action and should not employ such person who tarnish the company’s reputation.
