Wow! The customer service is amazing - I ordered yesterday and the item arrived today. I'm delighted! The item is as advertised and my daughter will love playing with it. Just can't believe the delivery speed - thank you so much.

Quality of educational toys is impressive but the speed of delivery was even more impressive. I ordered at 2: 40pm yesterday and my order arrived this morning before 7am. Admittedly I am in the same city but was surprised by the speed. Thank you. My baby is playing with his new toys and there is lots of laughs already.

The main plus for me is that their postage is extremely fast. I've never had a slow delivery with them. Keep up the good work guys!

I never received my products.
Signed off by aus post as a different name.
They fight you all the way through the process and then just stop replying.
No toys for sons bday and no refund.
Avoid this company at all cost. Horrible experience.

I am a regular shopper with ED resources and their sister company Wooden It Be Great. The range of beautiful baby and kids toys and educational items is wonderful. They often run fantastic sales also which helps out parents like me who have wishlists on their phones and love to buy quality toys. The service and postage is outstanding, so lovely, helpful and polite - I forgot an item from an order and the team found my already boxed order and quickly added the forgotten item before posting it so no extra postage charge or waiting:) the brands I like are generally from Europe and not in stores in Australia so it’s such an asset to have this website!
