$33 hotwater service gov rebate. Ended up costing $1000. They add hidden cost even when you provide all information upfront. Contractors they use are rude and don't care at all. Customer service from Tansy was great. Customer service from Toby was hideous, her response was "what do you want me to do about it" would not recommend this company or the tradesmen they use. So very upsetting.

Had a great experience working with EcoVantage to upgrade our halogen lights to LEDs. They assessed and completed the job on time.

I would not recommended, still awaiting our rebate months after having the lighting installed. We provide requested documentation only to have additional documentation requested time and time again.beyond a joke.

Ecovantage was the only option provided for where we live in Sydney. As the default provider, we could not have picked better ourselves. They were fast to respond and set up a date for the contractor. The price was exactly as quoted after installation and the contractor came exactly when arranged and was done in less than three hours. Follow up service post installation has been fantastic. Definitely a winning business model.

Ecovantage are the best aggregation partner to work with in the energy efficiency space. Their customer service, compliance and help in generating energy savings certificates is second to none. Highly recommend dealing with such a great company. Regardless if you are an electrician or consumer, Ecovantage definitely have a solution to help you save on energy consumption!

Great product and service. Each light was supplied and fitted for $18.99 by a licenced electrician. I couldn't even buy the lights for that price! Highly recommended

Very professional set up, supply and installation for 70% cheaper then I was quoted from an electrician. Keep up the great work.

Excellent price and product. I had LED lights installed which have dramatically lowered my energy usage. Great customer service and overall experience.

Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy. I called their hot line with the intention of changing out 40+ halogen downlights to LED. Despite having an advertised price on their website of $14.99 for parts and labour with "no hidden fees or charges " I was quoted $18.99 each when i called. I was assured that the price had changed just last week. When i mentioned to the sales consultant that her price was higher than that on their own Ecovantage website she became quite flustered and told me she would call me back asap. Ten minutes later she called to tell me that she would honor the $14.99 price. There were a few catches though, they had a sudden change of supplier (within ten minutes) and the lights would now be a lower wattage than advertised and.are no longer available in the cool white we had discussed unless i wanted to wait for 4 months. She couldn't wait to get me off the phone. So dodgy, avoid like the plague, classic bait and switch. Completely amateur.

Be careful. The fitter insisted I pay $8 extra a light because some were taking him slightly longer to remove from ceiling. That increased bill by 50%.
