I came to EcoMindz anxious, scattered and desperately looking for help to deal with years of anxiety. Genine was kind, approachable and very supportive of my goals. After four sessions with her I can honestly say I've made great progress with regaining self-belief and confidence. Absolutely loved my sessions with Genine. After just 4 sessions on working with anxiety and dealing with the fear around public speaking I now have much more confidance in not only speaking to a group of people about my business but also in larger setting, as well as gaining confident in general when approaching any unknown scenario that I need to be faced with. When I first came to Genine I was so overwhelmed. I was in a constant state of anxiety and having severe panic attacks almost every day after experiencing a traumatic event. Genine made me feel so comfortable and relaxed each visit. She has a very caring and calm nature. She helped me develop lots of different coping strategies and without me even realising took away so much anxiety after each visit. I want to start off by saying, genine is the loveliest person ever. I am comfortable to tell her my thoughts and feelings because she’s just such a kind person and you can tell she is passionate in helping others and cares about her patients.she helped me become more confident in speaking with people, I now can socialise a lot easier with others when before something so easy and natural to others was unfortunately difficult for me. Genine was fantastic. She has helped me come soo far over the past few months. When I first saw Genine I was not in a good way and was struggling a lot with physical anxiety symptoms. Genine made me feel so comfortable and was so thorough with her questioning so she could really understand where my symptoms were coming from. She gave me so great tips and homework to do which I worked hard at. I saw Genine for 6 sessions with no need to keep going. I feel soooo much better then what I did.
