I’ve been seeing Carmen at this Salon, she has taken great care with my hair after I had a very bad colour treatment elsewhere. She did a thorough consultation with me at my first appointment and produced the exact blonde I wanted at my first appointment. I’ve since been back again and had another successful colour and cut. Would highly recommend Carmen and the Salon to anyone looking for a new Hairdresser.

Beautiful place. Narelle and team are amazing, very friendly and skilled. I had the opportunity to donate my hair in this salon and Narelle showed me a video of what's done with the hair once is donated.

Lovely hairdressers and I’m obsessed with their Kertain treatment. Their kertain treatment is affordable and simply the best. I now can return back to Far North Queensland with reduced frizz, increase shine, and hair strength.

My partner went in to have her hair coloured for the first time in years, went for a consultation first last week to figure out whether pink or copper would be easiest to achieve without lightening, she was told copper would be best and booked in. Today was her appointment, and she came home crying. She showed the hair dresser the colour before they mixed it so they knew what to do, after they washed it out she said her hair was brown, not copper at all mind you her hair prior was dark blonde, she let them know it’s not what she wanted and they took her back to the sink and put some copper in once processing washing etc was done took her to the chair and started to dry it asked if she liked it and she told them it wasn’t what she asked for and showed the picture again, she said her hair was like glowing orange, but the photo she previously showed was called copper peach, the hair dressers mid drying it mentioned it was patchy and took her to the sink again and put a pink it to help tone it down. By this time it had been hours, my partners uncomfortable speaking up each time and she just wanted to get home to our kids. Her hair is nothing like the picture she’s showed me. She is absolutely devastated as she hasn’t dyed her hair since it was previously all cut off and was so excited to finally have it done again. She paid full price for it and was told it wasn’t the colour she wanted because of her hair, and when she mentioned them dying her hair brown the first time they told her that had nothing to do with it.
I would not recommend this place.
My partner only came as she prefers a low tox life style and this salon seemed to be inline with that.
