I initially used Manuel and Eco Certificates for preparation of the CC required Section J report for a mixed-use multi-storey development in Crows Nest. During construction, we ran into problem with the windows of the shops where they had to be tinted which in not ideal for restaurant/cafe usage. I approached Manuel for his advice again and he promptly ran a JV3 modelling and offered another relatively inexpensive solution where the windows can now be clear instead.
Manuel is very knowledgable and dedicated. He provides a very professional service in a timely manner which is great and rare these days in the construction industry. I would highly recommend him and Eco Certificates.

I have been introduced to Eco Certificates, by my architect, for a personal industrial project near Port Botany, and through the project period I have called Manuel several times for helping me implementing various materials in this project to comply with section "J" and the BCA, as a lot of the rules are different to residential work.
Every and each time I called Manuel, he did take the time to speak with me and if he was on another call, or busy with something, I left a message with his secretary, and he always called me back the same day.
Manuel didn't always told me what I want to hear, but told me how to solve the issue.
Now, as I just completed the project, I need his certificate as part of the documentation required for the Occupation Certificate, and I didn't insulate some of the walls, there for I needed an alternative, within a few days, Manuel come back with a solution.
As time is money to everyone, especially in a development, I highly recommend Eco Certificates Pty Ltd to any one that requires their services.
