Wonderful customer service! Went out of their way to help me with the stencils I needed for my daughter's yr 12 project. A couple of staff members organised between themselves to bring it from their city store to Campbelltown. Highly recommended.

The team at Eckersley's Campbelltown are amazing - they know their stuff and way around the different art making products and will be able to help with advice on what you are needing and what you are wanting to create. It might be tempting to do online orders that are cheaper, though shopping in store supports a great business, a great staff and you can have more confidence what you are getting is well protected.

Service was great. But they just never have the special paper my drawing teacher needs. Black cardboard, ca grain, architects, Hoomulay - just not there. Such a disappointment.

Candice is wonderful. She knows her products better than well. You can go in ask for something in particular and candice has the knowledge to go get it for you. Great advice n huge selections to choose from. So much in here. A must visit. Thank u Candice and team. You rock.

I had a great experience with this store! I was served by Alex who has incredible interpersonal and customer service skills. He was eager to help and assist utilising his in-depth knowledge in the arts field. I won’t go anywhere else for art supplies!

Trying something new in lockdown; received wonderful guidance over the phone yesterday. Explained the online class is this weekend and the parcel arrived this morning. Brilliant service.

Love this place. I always find what I need. The staff know their stuff and genuinely want to help you and not once have ever lost patience when it takes me half an hour to choose the right pencil. Great range, great quality and great prices.

Great store with everything you need. Been in quite a few times now and most of the staff have been very welcoming and pleasant except the lady with glasses. Every interaction I’ve had with her, she’s been snappy and rude. It’s a shame because everything else about this Eckerskey’s is great.

Right next to Big W. Nisa was a HUUUGE help. I felt overwhelmed by the choices in the store, she helped me navigate the list of things I was looking for & gave me space to sit with things I was unsure about.

Hands down one of the MOST helpful and friendliest staff I've ever met. They not only had everything that I needed for my project but also helped me out on what I might need and answered all of my questions about how exactly to do my project as well. 10/10 would recommend everyone.

Friendly staff and good variety of products, but would like to see them add individual polycromo pencils not just prismas.
