As a business owner I would definitely speak to the workers on there customer service. I walked in and a man by Mark served me I asked if I could be shown ink and if I can test it out he then proceeded to say I can't in multiple ways when he finished I then said may I speak now.as a customer for the best service for myself I felt uncomfortable speaking to Mark so decided to get service from another i remember also asking them if they have used the item I felt a uncertainty in there tone which made me feel unconfident in what I wanted to purchase and there knowledge of the product. I then thought Sarah might know but she did not understand or perhaps did not want to understand what I was saying so I decided to show her the look I am going for she then had the audacity to say I don't immitate other artists I then had to try and explain how it's not the art work that I want the look of it is the colour of the particular ink which I want to buy. I really should not have been spoken to in that way as I was going to buy a product and I felt it was quite rude and extremely disrespectful from a customers point of view. Very disappointed I will not be shopping at this store I went back and told the girls at work what had happened they thought It was quite appalling and will not be shopping at this store either.

Good variety of art supplies, helpful and knowledgeble staff helped me with screen printing fabric paint and explained the different options and how they work. Also purchased a screen and a squeegy for printing.

Staff who know what to find, where to find it and who can give excellent advice on an item's use.

A store I can spend hours roaming and spending in. So many pencils, paints, charcoal, dyes, paper, pens, clay easels and much much more!
Whatever your interest creatively speaking, they have it and staff that are very helpful.

Good quality of art supplies, very wide range as well. A nice selection of modelling parts as well.

It's really good quality and I've bought many presents for others here, but it is a little expensive!

Twice I’ve been to the B. J store to buy art supplies and both times I’ve been served by uninterested, unhelpful staff. If you know what you are doing I’m sure this store is great but don’t expect guidance, advice or actual enthusiasm, if you are a novice.

Bondi junction store is great, alot of stock and great variety much better than the Canberra Phillip store, which isn't big and don't always have stock.

I was shocked and appalled to see a member of staff (young girl with short hair) on the counter verbally abuse a customer in front of other customers today for no good reason after the customer tried to produce a valid medical mask exemption. Threatening and dehumanizing customers goes against everything retail stores and customer experience stand for. I felt very sorry for the customer and walked out in disgust. I will never shop there again!

The store assistant was an absolute Karen! Disgusting customer service. If you are so scared of C-19 I suggest you find a different job. Maybe join the mask police force.

Appalling - I witnessed the retail clerk practice medical apartheid with my own eyes today. The poor lady said she’s exempt but the clerk would not let her in. Made her leave in a humiliating way. Disgusting.

Super friendly employee, who is juggling both the assistance of in-store customers, as well as taking care of telephone inquiries. The range of products are great and paints are displayed superbly. My only complaint about the store is that central displays of featured products do not have clear indicators of prices.

Absolutely love this place! Staff are friendly and very helpful! Thank you for answering my questions when I was stuck on elements of my project! Will definitely be coming back when I need supplies for my future projects! Thanks guys

The windsor and newton canvasses I bought are useless and a waste of money. They won't respond to my messages when I try to contact them about the issue.

There is a wide range of art and crafts supplies available at this location. However, last time I went here there were some issues with the cash register and it took me about 25 minutes to pay for 1 box of pencils.: (

The art and craft stuff was so good, they have so many things, they even have calligraphy pens!
