Nice store, lots of stock. Not so helpful if they don't have something you are looking for

I’m so glad that I came to shop at Cairngbah store. Staff are helpful, great range and easy parking. Very disappointed with the rude City store but I highly recommend Caringbah store.

Very welcoming and friendly. Ufortunately they didn't have what I was after but they were really helpful with tech and general information.

First time to visit Eckersley’s Art shop in Caringbah, NSW. Excellent customer service, LAIN was very helpful. I wish all the art shops I’ve been to, have a staff like him. This guy deserves a bonus!

There's everything you need here, but the staff are what make it super special. Knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, never make you feel a dill. This shop is a wee bit out of the way for me but worth the journey.

Bought an easel and got a huge set of high quality colouring pencils for free unexpectedly! Great service, friendly staff.

Went there for modeling clay and a paintbrush. Friendly staff and parking right outside. I come here when I want quality products; so don't expect cheap prices.

I went into buy ink and was spoiled for choice. Some areas there's less range it depends what you're after. Prices pretty reasonable I thought

Great Location with reasonable parking off the main road. The staff are always friendly and most helpful and have wonderful knowledge of the product they sell

Good rewards program and the range of products is vast.

But with all good things there is a down side. Price wise they are at the top of the scale on paints and associated products.its here that lets them down, you buy less because the price constraints make you look at other ways to acquire the products you need.you wait for sales at other suppliers and you scan the net to save.if you need it they have it - will I return - yes of course, they have a great range and are stocked

Friendly service and lots of choice. I am a complete beginner so was good to get advice and confirmation of brushes etc. Has all your art needs and lots of parking which you'll need if buying up, which I did! I was a little disappointed though as I am a beginner, I asked about the products I had selected as well as the paper I had chosen to which they confirmed was suitable. I hadn't seen the price before I picked it up and I didn't realise I had until when I got home, it was 10 sheets for $80! Now that's fine if you are an artist but for a beginner, that's absurd! My fault I hadn't checked but maybe they could have warned me?
