I'm a regular, but they can't seem to crack a smile there. (A couple of them, not all of them). Yesterday the CSO made me feel very awkward when I tried to make small-talk at the counter. It's not like it's the cheapest art supply shop around, either.

Products are over priced, I can and did get paint from a smaller retailer for a good 4 dollars cheaper than from this stop for the exact same tube of paint. Staff are friendly and easy to work with

Staff was rude.still one of the bigger art stores, had a larger range of stock.but for some reason, didn't have a lot of different colours in felt.had lots of books etc though.

Prices are pretty competitive, the staff are always very helpful and know their products. Highly recommended, if you need some art supplies, for that latest art project that you want to dive right into.

Had an issue with a product that was faulty, staff working new years eve were more than happy to help me out with an equivalent product because that rep is on leave for another fortnight

Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of art mediums and supplies - a bit on the pricey side but it the sales are great.

There was the nicest lady working there today Miren or Merin sorry I'm not sure but she was so lovely and gave amazing help with my purchases!
