Great service from the gentleman, Jeffrey! He answered a lot of my questions and even my doubt about wearing shoes with arch support, as I have flat feet. Very friendly and did not give me any pressure at all to make decision. Definitely will come back to this store!

The tall salesman that served me was the best I have come across in any store in a long time. He was very polite & courteous and was knowledgeable about the shoes I was interested in. If I am looking to buy Ecco shoes again will definitely go to Macquarie Centre

Upon entering the store yesterday to purchase shoes, I overheard the shop assistant, name badge Cyrus, say to a customer who was saying her shoe was too tight, "perhaps you'd had a heavy meal last night". Hmm, completely inappropriate and irrelevant. Embarrassed for the customer I was, to say the least. Waited to be served for approx 5 minutes but the shop assistants were too busy speaking Chinese and taking laces out of a shoe to attend to me, so spent my $300 at Athletes Foot instead.

As a long-time loyal customer of Ecco Shoes, it pains me to write this review about my recent disappointing experience with their product. I have always trusted Ecco for their exceptional craftsmanship, durability, and stylish designs. However, my latest purchase, a pair of $200 shoes, has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

After wearing the shoes only 2-3 times, I noticed a significant change in their color. This alteration was not due to any negligence on my part, as I take great care of my shoes. I was shocked and disheartened to see such a rapid deterioration in quality, especially considering the premium price I paid for them.

My frustration escalated when I attempted to return the shoes for a refund. The first seller I approached tried to persuade me that the color change was a result of dirt and suggested a simple cleaning would resolve the issue. However, I knew deep down that this was not the case. I have owned numerous pairs of shoes before, and this level of discoloration after just a few wears was unprecedented.

Reluctantly, I decided to seek assistance from another seller, hoping for a more reasonable explanation. Unfortunately, I was met with the same unsatisfactory response. The second seller argued that the color change was a natural characteristic of all shoes. I respectfully disagreed, as I have never experienced such a dramatic alteration in color with any of my previous footwear.

To add to my disappointment, contacting Ecco's customer service did not yield any positive results either. Despite clearly expressing my concerns and sharing my disappointment with the quality of this particular shoe model, I received no support or understanding from their representatives. It was disheartening to see that other customers were also voicing their dissatisfaction with the same issue.

As a loyal customer, I believe that Ecco Shoes should prioritize customer satisfaction and address quality concerns promptly. I have always admired their commitment to delivering high-quality products, and I hope they take my feedback seriously. I understand that manufacturing defects can occur, but I expected better customer service and a willingness to stand behind their products.

In conclusion, my experience with Ecco Shoes this time has left me feeling let down and dissatisfied. The color change after only a few wears is unacceptable, and the lack of support from both the sellers and the customer service team only added to my disappointment. I sincerely hope that Ecco takes this feedback constructively and takes the necessary steps to rectify these issues, ensuring that their loyal customers can continue to rely on them for quality footwear in the future.

We are regular ECCO customers.
ECCO shoes are our top choice and we often can find shoes that fit us and like them as well. Nevertheless, ECCO is not always as perfect as expected but most of the times.

We use to go to the other stores as well (Chatswood Chase and Westfield CBD) get inspired and compare. However, we end up almost always buying from Macquarie Centre store because Stephanie is not only attentive and friendly but she is flexible and thoughtful. A great praise to Stephanie!

We have been buying our stuff from brands not to support them because we trust them work and them work but here another brand been playin with quality bbehind them name
I paid for a shoes over $200 but after 2 time wearing it's out of shape and I can't even wear it any more
Honestly it's shame for a big company how been taking our money and bringing this cheap quality of stuff in australia same as other big brands

I was served by a very obliging young man last time by the name of Daniel who knew his stuff. He managed his time with all the customers in the shop respectfully and professionally. Daniel is friendly and appreciates the needs of his customers.

I had a wonderful day shopping at ECCO Macquarie. Matina, one of the employees, was very friendly, patient, and polite. Despite the fact that the business was crowded, she patiently served multiple customers. She showed me different pairs of shoes and described the characteristics and benefits of each, and I ended up purchasing two pairs for myself and my mother. My mum loves her shoes and is overjoyed with my present. It is highly recommended.

Ringo, who served me showed excellent customer service! I was taking a long time, and it was past working hours, and she kindly stayed behind to help me find suitable sizes of the shoes i wanted. She is nice, polite, friendly and very hard working. I complimented her on her salesmanship because she enabled me to purchase shoes i wasn't going to buy because she suggested i try on thin socks to go with the Ecco Shape Sculpted Motion 55, which is a beautiful pair of shoes, and very stylish. Thank you Ringo!

The gentleman who helped me this morning at the store was exceptionally good. He was very attentive without being overbearing, proactive in service, genuine in his offerings, and solution-oriented with positive attitude. I had issues with the payment and ended up purchasing the pair of shoes I liked online but I would really like to shout out to his great customer service.

The worst place and experience I could ever had. Paid for some stuff 10 days ago. Was told that I will receive the stuff in 5 days. Still waiting for that. No updates they have. The staff hangs up on you when chased.

Took in wife's 14 year year old sandals and found suitable replacement. Time in shop minimal, my type of present shopping. Lady serving was excellent and patient with me.

Very good customer service, staff always polite and the best shoes ever! Extremely comfortable. Me and my wife always get shoes from there. They don’t look fancy but very comfortable. It would be good if they can increase their range of shows. Besides that, I highly recommend this store for their products and service

Very mixed feelings. The staff at this shop have always been fantastic, no issues there. Have a pair of 'men's soft 7 street high' and they're by far the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. On that positivity I decided to get a pair of the 'cool 2.0 GTX' as a summer hiking shoe hoping it would be comfy, durable and waterproof. Comfy they sure are but after only a couple hikes and maybe 4 months since I bought them, I noticed that in wet weather my right foot was becoming wet where my left foot was high and dry. As far as I can tell the goretex failed completely around the toe area (as pictured) and now I'm left with a shoe that is not particularly bearable and not waterproof anymore. Pretty disappointed in this pair, do not buy.
