Got my tax return filed with eCapital. One thing stood out the most for me was the genuine customer service I received from Arie. He was so patient and walked me through my tax return. I also have so much respect for the charity work his team is doing. Would recommend.
Arie is very helpful. He is very knowledgeable and experienced business man more than just an accountant. We booked a meeting with him and explained our situation. He gave us a business advice and a tax advice. Every accountant or tax agent I met in the past (trust me I met many) always cares about tax and tax only. Arie was sincere when he was asking genuinely how my business is going and after 2 Quarters of BAS, he called us to catch up. He told us that our margins are very tight and sales doesn't mean anything if the bottomline is bad. It was a shock to us to learn about the cost and the concept of a cost-driver. Now I know how to price jobs and make sure than I do the right thing by the law, lodging on time, paying taxes and super and how to grow my business. I can't say enough about this man. He is a true legend. I awe him a lot. Strongly recommended. He hasn't told me what to write, he asked me to write honestly how I feel. Thanks eCapital for everything.
