EB Games Glendale

Love eb games except the fact i have make an account to buy online.why cant i buy as a guest i have to many accounts to keep track of as it is. And i dont want your deal emails clogging my emails

Stock is spotty, prices are high. Staff member Zac is rude and condescending. All in all, I recommend you shop elsewhere.

A good store, stock levels can sometimes be hard, and there's not many games any more, it's mostly merchandise.

The team at EB Glendale are so friendly and helpful. Thank you for all the great service whenever I shop.

It's feels a tad small but after a few times going there you realise that it's actually decently sized

Worst EB Games store I've ever had to deal with. Unfortunately, there is now zero star option, because the Glendale EB Games store isn't even a 1 star quality.
The manager stood by & did nothing, whilst I had to listen to Zach's condescending remarks. Simply because he did not want to price match GoW Ragnarok Launch Edition. I was told in no uncertain terms (by both Zach & the Manager) that it was an EB Games exclusive; when The Gamesmen, Harvey Norman, BigW, & Amazon were all selling the pre-ordered ‘Launch Edition’ from $95 to $98; which is not an EB Games exclusive.
Also, I have had numerous other occasions where Zach has botched my transactions; pre-ordering a game on the wrong platform, insisting that my trade bonus was correct when it wasn't (had to prove the math myself on that occasion) and I've had to revisit the store a 2nd time on my last 4 transactions, to have each transaction corrected.
When I raised all of this, Zach told me 'I make underhanded comments every time I visit the store' & it was explained away as their computer systems make mistakes.
However, in my experience computers don't make mistakes people do; it's called garbage in, garbage out. When I pointed out that I also work in customer services & without taking complaints & negative feedback onboard there is no room for improvement. I was told, someone in customer service wouldn't say that.
I was completely astonished by Zach's continued attempts to blame my attitude (which he told me needed adjusting on more than one occasion) as the reason for his poor customer service skills & refusal to admit that he was at fault on any occasion. When clearly if the original transactions were done right the first time, I wouldn't have had to waste so much time revisiting the Glendale EB Games store to have my transactions corrected.
There were no apologies offered by either Zach or his manager.
Nevertheless, I spoke directly with EB Games head office afterwards & they were brilliant. Took my feedback on board & provided me with a resolution.
However, due to the extremely poor customer service at Glendale EB Games, I would suggest buyers spend their money elsewhere.

Awesome store! Friendly staff, plenty of stock products and the team are always willing to go above and beyond to assist.
Zach and Tenealle are absolute legends and a massive credit to the store! They've helped me out of a few tricky situations over the years and do so with ease and professionalism. Shout out to the entire team at the Glendale store!

My experience was ruined by a chunky rude man named James Harvey. Luckily a bearded man named Zach saved the day with exceptional customer service.

I've been to pretty much all the EB Games in Newcastle and I can happily say Glendale EB Games/Zing really is my favourite! I'm always greeted and asked if I'd like any help and they are very knowledgeable in all their products. The store is easy to navigate and always clean. I would definitely recommend Glendale EB Games!

There's a very rude dinosaur wandering that shop in an EB shirt.maybe his rudeness is due to the balding. I was there to pick up a game. He got frustrated because he couldn't find what I wanted to pick up, so decides to slam draws and slam my game disc in the case, continues slamming the product around that I was paying for. Then trys to tell me how it's my fault.disguisting behaviour. Lol he was actually looking for a game that wasn't even released yet; why would I be picking up a game, that's impossible to actually pick up.if he actually listened to what I said, instead of trying to put words in my mouth as a poor excuse for his behaviour. I feel for the poor employees that have to work with him and put up with him regularly

After having some technical problems with my Logitech wheel, I visited EB Games at Glendale NSW. Lee and the team went above and beyond to help me out and ensure my problem was resolved quickly.as well as fill me in on a few newer games I was interested in.

Great options for games, usually has a good sale on. Staff are really friendly and shop was clean and tidy.
