EB Games Campbelltown

Somehow can't serve anyone.stood for over 10 mins and didn't see any customers move forward.walked out went and ate, walking back past, saw same customers standing at same counter being "served". Wow

Ordered 4 items for click and collect because it said online that they had them in stock. I wait around all day just for them to tell me they don’t have 1 of the 4 items in stock. Big time waster and poor customer service

Staff always helpful and polite. Had problems with headphones not working and they were apologetic and very quick in helping me with an exchange.

Went hear today to return grandson’s keyboard today as I didn’t work, To the girl and bloke that work there stop treating people rudely, and try taking there word for something that’s not there fault, it’s not your store, just exchange it and more on, you need more training, and don’t tell people you can’t exchange one that doesn’t work for one that does, we are not the stupid.

Very neat & clean store. Walked in grumpy (day after boxing day) left pretty happy.staff are amazing.

My daughter loves coming to EB Games Campbelltown store. The staff are so helpful and you don't feel rushed. They are always happy to answer questions.

New girl sarah working there that has a bad attitude and poor customer service skills. Disappointing considering we have always had previous good relationships with all staff. Hope she can improve her performance or is reviewed accordingly, if not my family will have to find somewhere else to purchase our TCGs.

Well I got my son a Christmas presents and open it and nothing was in the box. My son was so excited then to open it and nothing was in there.

Never had an issue when shopping or exchanging here. My kids, who are massive EB Games fanatics, are always asking questions about their products and the staff are always happy to answer them. Not too mention the incredibly prompt click and collect turnaround time!

Staff are very helpful and every time I've been there they always try to help, the shop is small and tidy with something for all ages.

Keith's a top bloke he's the manager there if you need the boss nice staff very knowledgeable on the technology side helped me with different technical aspects on the PS4 when I bought the new PlayStation when it first came out years ago

The eb games at cambelltown was very welcoming and they have a wode range of games and they have some of the best deals on games ive ever seen

Well let’s start off with they will Remember your face and name, sometimes I’ll go in there and browse for an hour and unlike other eb games in Campbelltown area, they don’t kick me out. The employees are genuinely interested about the games surrounding them and will ask about your gaming experience and tell you about there’s. Sometimes if it isn’t busy they will come up and have a chat with you. They know I’m a Xbox gamer at heart so when I bought a ps3 they gave me a 10% discount (it was already on sale) because of the switch I had made.

This store has terrible trade-in offers but can give you a bargain once a sale hits. The environment feels fresh and iconic while the staff can sometimes seem a little sluggish or slow.
