Decent stock clean store helpful staff, as with all EB Games prices can be a bit high across the board.

Team is always friendly and very sociable too. Shop presentation is visually pleasing as well.
Oh! And if you have a drifting joycon, they can put it in repair service too!

Customer Service is incredible. You approach anyone employed, and can get help immediately. They know their stuff, they are even down for a minute or 2 of friendly basic chit-chat / Banter while serving you at the counter. Only if there is not a heavy population in store.

I called them to check if they’ve got fifa 23 for PS4, they said they have it. I requested them to put one aside for me as I was on the way to the store. The guy agreed. I rushed and made it to the store 10 minutes before closing. Then the guy was like, “ sorry we just sold the last copy”. Just wasted my time. One of the worst customer service I experienced.

Very friendly team and the shop looks super clean. Everything looks very nicely presented and colourful. Staff is very helpful and always there to help. One of the top stores in Sydney. Highly recommended!

I went to EB games at Burwood today and Gaia was extremely helpful. She helped me choose the right Nintendo game. It was just what I wanted. She has a lot knowledge when it comes to games that it made it easier for me to make a decision. She's an asset to her employer.:)

No price match with BigW. Too much excuses while other EB games price matched with Big W. I recommend other EB Games stores than Burwood branch.

They have a great range of items and the staff are very helpful! Great place to go for collectors items, merch, or video games.
