Good store, massive variety of games across all consoles.
They also have all the nornal gaming accessories, prices are competitive and they always have some.sale on.
They also have heaps of second hand games at low prices if you are looking for them as well.

The lady from the counter, her customer service was zero to none. She is lazy and will make up things just to avoid re-work. Will not recommend this branch and better to go somewhere else.

I was going to buy a game, then when I showed a cheaper price elsewhere to price match he refused to sell it? I just left and went to the store that was cheaper will never come her again. 2/1/2023 at 2pm

I would like to give a special mention to Sarah from EB Games at Macarthur Square.
I went looking for a PS5 which are very hard to get, Sarah informed me of the stock issues and the wait times which couldn't even be guranteed before Christmas.
On seeing my dissapointment Sarah began to search the EB network for anything that may be available, after about 15 minutes she had located one of the only ones in stock at the Warriewood branch and within 10 minutes we'd paid for it, secured it and were on the way to pick it up.

Thanks to Sarah's extreme deligence and her natural caring nature, i'm now the owner of a brand new PS5.

Thank you very much Sarah, you have absolutely made my Christmas.
You are a credit to yourself and your family.

Good variety of games and merch for a variety of movies, comics, games etc.
Staff were really friendly and helpful, and patient as I packed everything in the pram!

I visited the eb games store at macarthur square today (24/09/2022) and the staff working there were amazing, I was blown away by their customer service. I purchased a poster and frame and a lovely boy who worked there asked if I would like him to go and get a trolley for me due to the size of the frame, and the girl that served me wasn't happy with the condition of the frame I picked up so she went and got another one off the shop floor. Props to you guys for making my day and I hope you all see this review and that your boss does too.

Bigger store, the usual variety of games PC Play Station Xbox ect And the staff are lovely

This game store is inside Macarthur mall. The staff are helpful and serve with a smile. I have purchased a PS5 recently and quite a few games here over the years.

Had an instore credit to use up from another branch. Transfering the credit between stores requires a bit of effort, but thanks to Elle it was not only seamless but was also done with an amazing and friendly attitude. Genuine desire to help. Customer service at its best.

Eb games is my most favourite places and has been for many years to buy games or consoles. They always have the biggest range to choose from and there is always discounts and bargains going on.the staff there are always helpful and really nice. Would recommend anyone to shop here if there looking for games or consoles

This place is a familiar name everywhere, with constant branding, prices and a friendly team. However, some merchandise was pretty expensive; like the soft animals. The checkout line was atrocious, people pushing in, wrapping around the store etc. During my visit, all the staff were behind the counter; making it hard to ask questions without joining the checkout line. When we did ask the question the staff member knew the answer, and was very helpful.

The staff are usually pretty chill but recently I had a gaming mouse I bought from them break (the scrolling wheel collapsed). Mouse was 11 months old so still within warranty. I took it to the store to claim the warranty and they told me it was "too dirty" which meant natural wear and tear. I wasn't sure what he meant but I took a cleaning cloth, wiped it over, it now looked good as new. Store clerk said he couldn't accept it. The girl working with him said "Well, you got it on sale and you kind of get what you pay for, y'know? "

I loved the mouse. Was a cool little RGB. No complaints but for the faulty wheel. I bought a replacement second hand and the wheel has been fine since. It was definitely that model. It was within warranty. It's clear they are just under pressure from management not to accept warranty returns. I do my shopping at JB now.

Great place for all the family to visit. With such a large variety of products you can spend a lot of time in this shop. My nephew had bought many games here and is one of his favourite go to stores for all his gaming needs.

Absolutely amazing experience, the staff were extremely helpful, patient and understanding with my issues of my console and helped me through all the steps to get it in and repaired. Not the only amazing experience I've had here
