Excellent service! They replaced the screen and LCD within 20minutes. When I mentioned some problem with the charging port, the very nice girl at the counter cleaned it for a couple of minutes and resolved the issue free of charge.

Super impressed at the genuinety and efficiency of the woman behind the counter. She was able to fix the problem with my phone within 5 mins, free of charge whilst I waited.
What impressed me so much, was that so many other places would have kept my phone to "look at it" to justify charging me. This place did not. Highly reccomend, will be back next time i have a phone probelm.

It happen several times to me as they former regular customer and cause me to lose my customers and damage the reputation of my company.
So I decided to not purchase anymore form then.
Try to find another shop for your purchase,
They charge you for express post, but you may never get the parts or get it way longer than they said you may receive it.
The best part is they do not take any responsibility and they are not going to refund or send another parcel if you do not receive the order.
My last order is not arriving yet after a week.
Be careful and think twice before purchase anything from them.

Just received my first order from easyphix. Was a little worried, their pricing seemed "too good". But the order arrived in rural Vic in two business days, and everything was of excellent quality. Super fast response time (within minutes) for my silly follow-up question too. They will definitely be my go-to for parts in future.

I went to get an opinion as my iPhone wasn’t charging and the staff helped me clean the charging port which the phone then worked after a full and proper clean and charge which took 30-45 minutes. Absolutely no charge despite the time they took - absolutely wonderful service and I will recommend to family and friends

Cant say much about the staff they are helpful but i cant say the same thing about the owner.was served me he thinks he own the world very unprofessional and he does not believe in customer service very agressive.

I had a crack in my phone screen so I got the screen replaced. The service was actually pretty cheap and my phone isn't a popular model so I was surprised that the had the screen on hand and didn't need to order it in. The service took roughly two and a half hours and cost $150. The staff were pretty friendly and there was no hassle.

The store is upstairs and requires masks, sanitizer is provided. If there are other problems with my phone I have no problem going to them in the future. Great service!

Shout out to Dominique, excellent service, top notch customer service and friendly. Price is SOOOOO reasonable and with qualities. Nothing less than highly reccomended for all of eastern suburbs or even whole of sydney.

I've been purchasing screens for 4 years. The most professional and organised employees I've met. You are greeted with a smile, 2 min later you're walking out with everything you need.
Labour costs are very fair. Very happy and satisfied.

Dominique was extremely helpful and lovely. She saved me the cost of a new charging port by cleaning out all the gunk that was in there (and there was a lot). Thanks very much!

Probably one of the best places to get Apple/Samsung phone parts due to competitive pricing and excellence customer service

Seriously stay away from this place!
Getting parts from here, repairs and buying products whatever stop.

We would not expect the screen was faulty, there was why we put everything on and because the screen comes with the frame, we can't connect the screen on the motherboard right away to test it, we have to put the motherboard and battery in to test. So that is normal if you see the battery stick on the frame. You won't even reply us from the email when I mentioned the screen was faulty after we received the product.

We are running a phone repairs business for many years and we know what we are doing. To be honest, the parts you sold to us were very bad, we have the other aftermarket A30 screen have the same issues- screen lifting off from the frame and sometimes the lcd has display problems. If that was the same issues with the other supplies, they would either refund or sending other replacements. We lost about $250 for the faulty parts we purchased from you, but never mind, we will not shop from you again and we won't lose any more money because of your faulty/cheap parts. We still have credit in our account and we would like to transfer back to our paypal account.

We used to order parts from them to use in the shop many times, however, the quality of their screens are getting worst and worst. Ordered two screens and two of them were faulty, we sent both them back and they only refund one and they tried to blame the other one was damage. We only tested the two screens once we received them and found out they both were faulty and sent both back, if they said the screen was damage, that means they sent us a damaged screen on purpose and blamed on you for damage. Be aware this company, they are just sending you junk products and you may not be able to get your money back.

Replacement Charging Port for Samsung Tab arrived quickly (in Melb lockdown) and well packaged. Fixed my problem. Website easy to navigate, and seems to have a variety of well Priced items.

Poor quality repairs and customer service, denying warranty from their faulty screen, stay away from this place. Looks like they make their own reviews because there were several extremely bad reviews then covering with all five star reviews, so be careful. And don't fake sorry me on this comment, you would've changed the way of doing it if learnt something from the previous complaints, saying fake sorry them but same thing happens again so what was sorry for?

During a day visit to Sydney- I broke the screen on my Samsung- these guys replaced it in under 2 hours- excellent service and competitive pricing.
