I stumbled across easy companies whilst researching various things I needed to do with setting up my new company and business, the whole prospect of doing it myself without paying someone excessive fees to do it for me was so overwhelming!

Easy Companies took the guess work out for me! Their website is so intuitive and their application system was very informative and VERY clear!

The live HUMAN chat assistant was so helpful and it was so relieving knowing a professional was right there to answer any questions at the click of a button!

Their fee for their services was so tiny I initially thought it was a scam, but after a bit of research I knew they were the real deal! At checkout they do provide optional add ons with no aggressive sales tactics and no hidden sales tactics. I was so impressed with how tactful this company is that I opted in to purchase the $75 binder to house my company documents, it arrived today and it is just beautiful! The quality is stunning and it came with all my documents categorised and organised by easycompanies!

I am honestly so impressed with this service and will recommend easy companies to anyone who is starting out and overwhelmed with complexities of registering ABN’s, ACN’s, GST etc.

Generally easy way to start a company but after needing to deal with pointless administration after creation of company (including delisting) - I would recommend setting everything up through an accoutant. They might charge you maybe a few hundred extra but it will save you mindless 'accounting' work incase you need to delist, or do anything with your company.

Trust me on this - I have had headaches dealing with the administration work that come after this.

Can't speak more highly of Easy Companies - they are true to their name! Much easier process than going through the ABR and the support staff on chat were SO helpful (again, unlike the ABR support). Once the application for company registration and ABN was submitted I received my documents within about 15 minutes including some prefilled minutes, director and shareholder registries, consent to become directors/shareholders. Will use again.

Terrible Tax Agents. Did not provide appropriate services and charged me for a job not done. They were completely unaware of the company dealings with ASIC and failed to submit the Company renewal even when I had already paid it months earlier to them. Massive disappointment, go to an accountant before coming to them.

Absolutely fantastic process in registering our business. Would definitely recommend for new businesses starting up.

Registering a business can be a pain in the butt, having done it before I now prefer to have someone take a professional and thorough approach, and they send you all the documents you need to get running quickly, its great!

I found all the other online business registrations are manned by people overseas. These guys are Australian and they have amazing quick service!

I used to go to the business registry office and these days i just go to easy companies and they just make everything so simple. I had my new business name, company, domain and everything I needed in no time. Love this service
