The worst experience I have ever had. Machine just needed the belt centred but otherwise worked perfectly before the service.

Matheaus did the service on the 29th Jan and days later, when I used it for the first time since the service, it made a loud continuous squeak. I text him on 5th of Feb (7days later) to let him know and asked for him to come back. He refused and said it would cost me another call out fee of $132! This is just 7 days after his service!

The machine then completed stopped working altogether, 8 days after the service. He was arrogant and unapologetic and refused to come back unless I pay him again. Unbelievable! The treadmill is now not working at all and I have lost so much money.

DO NOT EVER USE HIM! I have since called another service man and he said that Matheus customer service is terrible and that he should have come back to fix the machine, given it was only days since he did the service.

Awesome, friendly service. We have a Reebok ZR12 Machine that was giving an E6 error messages when switched on. After an initial call out, the main board was found to be at fault and a replacement board was sourced locally within a week. Advice for how to look after the machine (maintenance) was given and the costs to have it repaired were reasonable. Will be calling again if anything else goes wrong with the treadmill in the future.

Don't bother contacting! Very disappointed, arranged for him to come out to fix my Treadmill Monday, he text Sunday afternoon to move appointment to Tuesday, I replied to acknowledge and ask to clarify time it will take, never returned my text, so I called and sent a second text & didn't bother responding to me or turning up as planned - a waste of my time and energy!
