Been seeing Dr Eric for a while now, he is still very caring for all my families members. Thanks a lot for extra patience & caring to my “ Teenage “ girl.

Dr. Hwang is incredibly kind and dedicated to assisting us. He demonstrates exceptional patience and a wealth of knowledge. We are deeply grateful for his outstanding care. Thank you so much.

Disappointed in the care provided by Yvonne Wang. Went for a postpartum 6 week check and she only checked my blood pressure and nothing else. Had to prompt her for a Glucose tolerance test due to GEstational diabetes. No check of healing from 2nd degree tear or abdominal separation which another Dr had done when I had my first child. For my baby’s 6 weeks vaccine she weighed him with 2 layers of clothing on and checked his hips but did not hear his chest to check cardiovascular or that he was well before his vaccine. Neither did she check his testes. She did tick in the blue book that cardiovascular and testes had been checked though she definitely didn’t do it. I don’t recommend her for women’s or children health.

I was asked to leave a review by Hot Docs. The doctor I saw on Thursday said "Your lungs are not too bad" Unfortunately last night I coughed for 3 hours non stop while I was trying to sleep and I might ring an ambulance and go to the hospital. I'm not mentioning the doctors name because I did that once before and the doctor at Eastwood Village Medical Centre was not happy with me. I wanted to add these comments to my review. I believe that 2 doctors at this medical centre don't bulk bill. Dr Caroline Chan and Dr Jennifer Chan. The message on the television in this centre says. "In order to provide exceptional customer service we don't bulk bill" These comments only send the wrong message which is. If you pay more up front, then we will help you. If you get bulk billed, the care factor is zero.

I brought my mum and daughter to see Jennifer for the first time today. She is very nice and experienced. Highly recommended!

I attended EVMP this morning on 16 March 2023. Dr Eric Chan was polite and Checked me thoroughly and took my Blood pressure. He did a good job and will recommend him always to anyone who needs a good doctor.

Dr Eric Chan is a fantastic GP. Ever since we had our son, a trustworthy, competent family doctor has been a huge priority, and Dr Eric has done a great job taking care of us. He is patient, thorough, excellent with young children and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. Our first experience with him was when he treated our baby for ezcema - his advice and treatment plan was different from all other doctors we had seen and it cleared up completely within 2 weeks after half a year of trying to manage his persistent flare-ups. Ever since then, Dr Eric has been our go to doctor and he gives our family the medical support and peace of mind that is much needed when navigating all the viruses and mysteries involved with raising a young child. Highly recommend!

The GP are all very nice, professional and responsible. We love Dr Eric, especially my 8 mths old son. He is very helpful, caring and friendly. He also so patient and answers all the questions that we asked.
So as the nurses, and staffs, very efficient and friendly and helpful.
Best medical centre in the area

Dr Deol was wonderful. I had a terrible vertigo episode and she was very patient with me and show lots of empathy

First time coming to this clinic as I was looking for a new gp since we just moved in the area a couple of months ago. The staff were really nice they were able to squeeze us in for an appointment. My son had a cough and cold so I understand the protocol due to covid. The reception area is really small most patients were waiting outside. And because my son was having respiratory issues, we were exposed to random people smoking outside which was not ideal. We waited for around 40mins to be seen by the doctor. Whilst waiting, the doctor called my phone (apparently its their protocol to call by phone before seeing us outside) and asked to give her a brief background of the situation (cough and cold- very snotty for almost a week, low appetite, grizzly, negative rat test, asthma history etc) after which she met me outside the clinic to assess my son. The meeting was less than 5 mins. She literally just checked lungs and gave us an all clear and to continue whatever we were doing, thats all she did, i was left confused. We left then I realised she didn't check my sons ears, nor temperature which I thought were standard now I'm not sure if he's even got an ear infection. I'm disappointed she didn't give us a thorough check up. Now I have to look for another doctor.

Update: My son continued to be grizzly and clingy so I went to another doctor the following day. The new doctor gave my son a thorough examination. We were also examined inside the gp's office. Checked lungs, tummy, ears and throat. My suspicions were right, he's got an ear infection on both ears and a slight fever. We were prescribed antibiotics to take for 5 days.

Very good experience. Nice staff and doctor. Although the reception is not big, the service worth 5 more stars

Went for Pfizer booster with booking made on website. After reaching there I was informed that with IHI no without Medicare card (have Medibank) they won’t do it as they don’t get paid for the same. My wife had taken vaccine with the same details but I was informed that it was a special case and she was informed that it’s only once. When I checked with my wife it was not the case. She was not asked anything and with the Medicare card shown and IHI no it was done. They are not clear about the procedure to be followed………………………………………………………………………….

1. If the booking was not possible without Medicare you should have cancelled the booking rather than the system asking me for confirmation of visit
2. I received an email thanking me for today’s covid vaccine where I have not been given a vaccine in your Center
3. No information that you mentioned was shared with my wife that it’s not possible with medibank
4. If system does not permit don’t accept for anyone.

As you wanted me to appreciate what you have done of course I appreciate that your system accepts non eligible bookings, sends reminder for the same, and also thanks for taking the vaccine even though you didn’t provide one. Indeed this kindness for free is great.

Rather than telling a new story that you have supported etc to makeup for this review you can accept the fact and move forward as both of us know what has happened.

You can keep replying more to cover up but people who read a review can understand.

Staff very friendly and helpful. They let me get the 3th vaccines even I hadn't booked by online. Nurse is professional, asked me relax then already done. Thank you all staffs of Eastwood Village Medical Centre.

The nurse, Ping, has really taken needle fear from my daughter, she said she did not even feel it. Now she is expecting the second jab.

Had my Pfizer Booster Shot today at the Eastwood Village Medical Centre. Was a very positive experience overall. Efficient, fast and helpful. Would definitely recommend this practice and consider returning if in the area.

Very well organised medical centre; arrived at appointment time and was able to see the doctor straight away. Fantastic doctors. I have taken my kids to see Dr Eric Chan multiple times for immunisations etc; and he’s great with them.

Went in for my booster shot and was early for my appointment but didn't have to wait for my allocated time, they had plenty of staff on hand. It was quick and easy.

My wife and I attended the clinic on the 16 of November to get our booster covid Pfizer dose, so quick and efficient. Dr Mandy Hoseh was incredibly professional and so attentive, throughly impressed with her service. Highly recommend the clinic and her
