East Port Motor Inn

Overall not a bad cheap place. But when you’re minutes away from walking out the door after a 2 night stay you don’t expect one of the management/owners to force his way into your room very rudely without knocking once saying that they smell something funny coming from the room, lucky we were both fully clothed mate because if I was in the room with a naked partner and he thinks it’s okay to barge into someone’s room when he pleases and a females in the middle of getting changed and he gets a good look then I’ve got every right to drag you in the room and give you a touch up for being such a nosey prick. Then you get sued for invading people’s privacy. Pick up your act that was seriously pathetic and rude. Good location but never experienced such rudeness from any management personnel at any hotel/motel before.

Rooms were super nice especially for the price! The bathroom was a little small if you're a bigger than average person but no complaints!

We had 2 nights stay with family using 3 rooms which were all well laid out, fresh and clean, and bedding very comfortable. The motel was quiet despite our room being closest to the reception area on the ground floor. The staff were very friendly to deal with. We had a microwave, kettle
Toaster ect in our room. Free internet. The location was great, Pizza shop and fish and chip shop across the road. Upstairs there was a games room with books to read, board games available and a pool table too. What a great bargin, keep up the great work.

Stayed here a few times, for the price it’s certainly a nice place to stay, few exceptions with certain rooms having stains on the bedding and non functional air-con. Friendly staff and a great location with an enjoyable atmosphere in the games room.

This place is fantastic! Great location, the staff are so friendly and helpful and managed to let me check in earlier without hassle. I wasn't expecting much of the rooms but was presently surprised. Exceptionally clean and sheets and bedding was so soft and clean.

Honestly couldn't have asked for better service from the manager and the employees. Easiest sleep I've had in a while and the rooms are really clean

Basic, but clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. However, traffic can be noisy. Our room was above the reception.

Fantastic value for such a perfect Port Macquarie place to stay overnight on our way between Sydney and Brisbane. Any time we come to Port Macquarie for a longer stay, the East Port Motor Inn will be our first choice! Delightful managers/staff, very open, friendly and helpful. Impeccably clean bed (v comfy) /living/kitchenette spot and bathroom. Tranquil atmosphere with beachy pictures. Great spacious games room with chess, cards, billiards, comfy chair for eg reading books in the small but interesting library. Plus clean swimming pool for this morning laps addict! Easy, pleasant walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops. Thanks for restful, pleasant, easy overnight stay!

Very comfortable rooms, well appointed. Off street parking. Short walk to beaches. Just one comment, our room was on the corner & traffic noisy if the window was opened.

Very good, especially value for money. We liked our stay. I'm going to say that our room was actually better than our Holiday Inn room at Potts Point in Sydney. Our room was modern, clean and well appointed, which surprised us. It had a double bed plus a single bed. A sliding door out onto a small terrace. The shower was excellent.

The staff, a couple who presumably live on the premises, were really helpful and friendly. A real personal touch.

There's plenty of parking plus a small swimming pool which has a small shaded area with two sunbeds and a couple of chairs.

It took us 15 minutes to walk to the edge of town and about 20 to 25 to walk to Coles supermarket in the town. There are two take-away restaurants just across the street plus a petrol station which has plenty of cold drinks and other essentials.

We stayed for 7 nights and had a lovely time, found the staff friendly and very accommodating to our needs nice and clean too.

We stayed here to break up our trip from Brisbane to Canberra. Great Value $$. Our host was beautiful and came out and sat by the pool and talked to us while we were enjoying a refreshing dip. Very clean and tidy rooms. Will definitely stay here again and tell our family and friends about East Port Motor Inn.

Stayed for 1 night in a Superior Queen room. It was clean & comfortable. Good location & close driving distance to main town with lots of shops, restaurants & waterfront. Service friendly.
Main issue we had with staying here is that from our ground floor room you could hear traffic noise from our room, more noticeable in the morning & during the day then at night. Our room was very close to reception so a little more noisy because of the foot traffic of people.

This was a very good value place to stop and rest on our road trip.
It was pretty much exactly what I expected.
The service staff are nice.
It didn't blow my mind but it was totally fine. Would stay here again, especially if on a budget and needed somewhere safe enough to park a trailer on street.
