We needed a decent panel and battery setup to give us outage security and reduce our power bills and reliance on the grid. Yarran’s design and equipment recommendations were spot on, and even though we went through a few revisions (and quotes) and were consistently treated with patience and understanding. One of our biggest concerns with spending $30k+ on a system was follow up support. This was tested when we had an issue with one of the battery communications modules a couple of months in. Remote monitoring and firmware upgrades didn’t do the trick but with Yarran’s assistance warranty parts were quickly and efficiently secured from Sungrow. The parts were installed and tested a couple of days before Christmas even though the guys were more than strapped for time. Every interaction with East Point Power has been reassuring and informative. They know their stuff. Recommend without hesitation.

Very happy with service and outcome. We now have good equipment (Jinko and Sungrow) at a reasonable price. Pleasant people to deal with.

East Point Power (eastpoint power.com.au) is one of those rare contractors who deliver 100% on their promises. They did a great Solar install, gave great advice and even upgraded the Inverter so I could add a few more panels down the track. At no extra cost. It was a pleasure dealing with Yarran and his whole team. From the admin staff to the guys on site. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job installing our solar. Any concerns I had were addressed and it was all well explained. Their pricing was competitive too. I have dealt with solar companies in Sydney and this was a much nicer experience.

This was a great experience from start to finish. From initial design consultation to completion everything was fully explained and perfectly executed. My install was meant to happen just as we (Lismore) had a major flood, so there were some delays, but I was kept informed about rescheduling, and the installers did a great job in difficult circumstances. My installation is a bit complicated across two phases with a battery, and there was one issue post install that they came back the next day to sort out. So thus far, the after installation service has been great for me. For info I had a 13.2kw with Battery installed. Jinko panels (which look great), two Redback inverters and a Redback battery.

Contacted this supplier to get info about our current system and even though we aren't in their service area, he was very obliging in giving me the necessary info we needed, and he answered on a public holiday. Great help.
