Was in the area by chance (from Sydney) walked into this beautiful florist & greeted by such a wonderful lady & was so impressed with the stunning arrangements & gifts. I felt so happy being in this shop that I had to buy a wonderful framed quote & stunning soy melts. Thank you for having such a beautiful shop & such lovely presence!

I have been using East Maitland Florist for the last 18 months and I have been amazed each time with the service, quality and value for price. I will not take you long to see Annette's passion for what she does. The quality of flowers and attention to detail is 5 star quality. I have rung up at short notice and nothing is a problem for her. Plus going into the shop you can see the amazing range that she has and the service is high quality plus the coffee serve is as well. My Dad has rang and ordered flowers from here twice (he lives 8hours away) and there customer service, price and prompt delivery service and floral arrangements second to non! The flowers are beautiful and generous. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a beautiful arrangement and value for money! And we find there customer service brilliant always willing to go above and beyond!

Twice now I have called and spoken with Annette and each time I have found her to be abrupt with poor customer service skills. I won’t be calling again.

Really disappointed in the floral arrangement I ordered. Even more disappointed with the attitude when I complained. No more business from me.

Bought flowers for Valentines day from here in previous years. Wife loved them so came back again this year. Still great flowers!

I organized delivery for after 10am for my partner at work for a surprise and they delivered at 8.30am before she even got their. I ordered and paid for them a week before delivery so no excuses. They delivered other flowers for someone else in the afternoon to the same place. I got Singapore orchids and they did look good but they were all open and by the end of the day half of them had fallen off the stem. Very disappointed. Especially when it was our first Valentine's day together.
