Travis is a wonderful, down to earth professional who is very informative and always has time to answer any questions you may have.
As a first time home buyer, Travis explained extensively, how building inspections work and what he was looking for, in terms of minor or major faults/damage within the structure.
There was alot of laughter and jokes that were had today whilst Travis was doing the inspection and I couldn't rate him any higher.
What surprised me was that I had the building report sent to my email, 20 minutes after the inspection ended. Now that is great customer service.

If you are wanting a top notch company and inspector. Definitely hire East Coast Building Inspections. Their costs were very reasonable too for a comprehensive inspection.

Worst people to deal with ever! Do not do business with them, they will rip you off and scam you as much as they can.they done a dodgy half completed job to my house and took the full payment and never came back to complete it.tried so many times to contact them, to find they have changed the name of their business.again, do not do business with them at all.
