I was very lucky to be checked by Quanquan which has an excellent customer service and she kindly gives you a comfortable experience.
I went there to check my ears and she did not found any wax.
Being very honest they do not let you do anything unless is needed and I just paid the basic cost for the visit.
I really recommend this service.

Had quite a severe blockage of my left ear. Lara was fantastic and very patient in helping me clear it up. Have a return visit to clear up the right one too as we ran out of time. Can highly recommend

Had my first appointment at Earworx today to clear my very blocked left ear. Elaine was treating me and she was wonderful! Very friendly and relaxed and she explained the process in a way that had me completely at ease. The treatment itself was quick, effective, and painless. Great service, Elaine always makes sure my ears are clear & is very gentle. My ears are very sensitive & I can not have suction, she takes her time in using a tool to get the wax out, always making sure I am happy & my ears feel A lot better.

This place is a complete joke, I made an appointment to get my ears cleaned and even left work early. I then receive a phone call on the day of my appointment 1 hour before to tell me my appointment has been canceled.

Elaine removed years of built-up wax painlessly and efficiently. I could hear more clearly after the procedure. Her manner is friendly but professional and she is happy to answer any questions about the procedure.
Unlike many other hearing clinics Earworx does not sell hearing aids so there is no hard sell. The service is excellent and there are no hidden costs.
