The staff are fantastic, the showroom is beautifully presented and it's a great place to buy gifts and decorative accessories as well as furniture items for your home.

I experienced this chain when you want to purchase an item from store you have to order it.
They hold no stock, might as well order your items on line!
Went there to buy a door handle, had to wait for over 10 days for the item to come into store for pickup.

Only time you can purchase & leave with a product is a clearance item, then that might be the only one.

Nice range, but is it worthwhile being disappointed!

I love visiting our local store - the staff are friendly and the merchandising is fresh and inspirational.

Stellar customer service. We have purchased many things from this great store, but the stand out is our beautiful leather sofa. Unfortunately it developed an issue but Megan and Michelle made the swap over an absolute breeze, acting swiftly and efficiently to get us a replacement. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! 10/10

Highly recommended! We purchased a beautiful table a few weeks ago and unfortunately there was a considerable price drop. Went back in store and within minutes Meagan had escalated and provided me with a refund of the difference. Great shopping experience thank you!

We are happy with the items we bought during the first year of the pandemic. Though delivery waiting time was really looong, it's quite understandable due to the Covid-19 guidelines.

One item had a defect and it was replaced with a new one.

Nice range of stock. Store is a little busy in the layout but not too bad to get around. Delivery times are very long as every item needs to be ordered from suppliers as required. Friendly, helpful staff.

Very disappointed & rude staff. Purchased for 4 mirrors, they were not packed correctly in the boxes (No bubble wrap) & one has a crack through. Called to discuss but Tina was not interested in it being cracked & would not replace it tried to blame the person that picked them up. After spending so much money with this company they are not interested in customer service or return clients. Tina said she is not paid enough to deal with the cracked mirror. Would not recommend this store.

Bought goods in store, staff very good, furniture looked great in store. Delivery two days before Christmas, absolutely disgusting, phoned store they apologised for delivery people. Sent them photos of the absolute disgusting way the goods were delivered - Nothing. Lounges look like the fabric has no been pressed prior to being made. Very disappointed with the after sale service and product in general. Bought next lot of furniture from AMart - so professional!

Something for everyone here - classic or on trend. Eclectic pieces. Staff are friendly and will leave you alone to browse at your leisure. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Have a charming kids desk set up, too. Soft furnishings and homewares available. Great rug collection. Good selection of outdoor furniture also. Love the pergolas and firepits.large range of handles, locks, baths and vanities, light switch covers and trombone bath and shower sets. Solid bookcases and cabinets. Very sturdy tables and lounges. Even an oak kitchen range. Everything you need to make a comfortable fabulous home.

The name made me think it would be full of old style colonial furniture. Far from the truth. Loved the stuff there.
