My 6 expensive items were eventually found in a black garbage bag under the racks of dry cleaning a week later.they hadn’t been touched obviously but I’m just lucky I got them back. Didn’t help that I needed to wear some of them the day I went to pick them up. The woman was too focused on taking new customers to actually care and I had to look for it myself. Not good at all.
