I would love too say a huge thank you I haven't worked their for nearly half a year and these wonderful people still sent my son a birthday card and present that meant the world to him thankyou.

Eagles Plumbing is the place to go for all your plumbing needs. I bought all my bathroom taps and fixtures from them. They had the best price that other vendors couldn't even match and the best customer service (thank you Jeannette!).

We also got a hot water heater delivered within 1 hour of ordering (after our current one broke).

Prices ok. Demanded that I pay in full prior to collecting goods even though I had placed an order and was collecting the goods 4 days later. Advised if goods weren't paid for they would be given to next customer and I would have to wait again. I don't believe this is good customer service.

Very helpful to begin. They did spend a lot of time with us to of course get our sale. When there were issues they helped, but my overall feeling was that once they made their sale with you, they didn't really care too much. They smile at you but make you feel like a pain! I had an issue with the size of a spout that was offered. The sales rep got it exchanged & Phoenix were excellent to help out too but what was disappointing was the sales lady was very short & rather rude about it. Overall they were fine, but I do regret giving them my $8,500 worth of business. Shame! It could have been a more pleasant process, even when there are some small issues.isn't that what customer service is all about after all?

Our hot water heater failed overnight.
Shortly after they opened, I had a quick telephone chat with extremely helpful staff and I had a new one delivered within an hour of calling at over $100 cheaper than anyone else.
Couldn't expect any better service than this.
