All of the team from Eagle homes were great from start to finish but Carlos the site manager went above and beyond us, we highly recommend Carlos and if your lucky to get him as your site manager consider it to be a blessing.

I have been with Eagle homes for 1 year and have a really great service with the home development and the teams, for most especially when I wanted to have a maintenance service with them even if its a crack or an issue.fantastic eagle builders are on time for to rectify an issue. I'm looking forward for more service with them in Eagle homes and a great and fantastic home developer and most especially builder supervisor - Carlos:). In put my reference - 8354.

I would like to say a big shout out the magician Carlos our building supervisor! He pulled a hat trick by getting our house completed prior to the year ending. If this man wasn't our building supervisor i would NOT recommend eagle homes. Dealing with all the uncertainties with materials, COVID, weather. This man continued to persevere into completing our home. I was really starting to doubt choosing eagle homes, as dealing with the head office, always left a bad taste in our mouths.

But i cannot praise this man enough. He was, to me, the only reliable one in their organisation. He did not give me empty promises, he kept it real and 100%. He continued to thoroughly explain to us the process, and kept us in the loop on why things are the way they are. If you decide to build with eagle homes, if you can, ask for Carlos. He will go above and beyond for you, and treat your home like he is building his own house. His attention to detail, and standard of quality to build you your home, is second to none. Without this man, i promise you, my review would be a lot different. Thank you again Carlos, you were a blessing in disguise!

This was the most horrendous experience of my life. My family and I saved for almost a decade to knock down and rebuild our home and we were very excited when we signed a contract with Eagle Homes - Sandra was the main person I was dealing with and I could not imagine a more cruel, shrill or sadistic person to deal with. I understand Covid affected the industry significantly, but they clearly had no ability to actually build a home. I have been waiting two years for them begin work on the house; they are coming up with excuse after excuse and Sandra is purposely mocking me at this point. She has an agenda and I don't know what it is, but I know for sure I should've gone with Rawson. I have paid so much money at this point and they continue to ask for more but never seem to be able to start construction. I'm sick and tired of their excuses and I can't imagine how Sandra lives with herself. She does not have a conscience.

WORST BUILDERS GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Rudest customer service imaginable. I've seen others writing bad reviews and they claim that they don't have them in their system. They are horrible, they will steal your deposit. All the 5 star reviews are fake and are literally written by their staff.

ALL these reviews are fake. They literally have people from their office writing the reviews. They use their real names. They are a scam. They haven't built our house after 4 years! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I would like to sincerely thank the team at Eagle Homes for building our home, especially Jessica Baylor and Marc Hearne.
Agreed the home was delayed, but it was due a combination of Covid related, Global material shortage related and weather related issues, over which no one had any control.
Even during adverse times like these, Eagle homes persisted and delivered the house to the promised quality and budget.
Would certainly recommend Eagle Homes to anyone looking to build.

First time we built our house after previously buying a display home. We chose Eagle Homes initially from the friendly staff at Austral and then the good value for a double storey house.

As the home was built, Carlos, our Site Manager, was excellent, a top notch service overall. Carlos always kept us informed of progress throughout the build, noting that times were tough during Covid lock downs and additionally supply shortages from the Ukraine war. Nevertheless, the house was finished in a timely manner and on budget.

Post handover support has also been excellent, any issues we found were responded to and fixed in a timely manner, but we should add, Carlos really went above and beyond what we expected post handover, rolling up his sleeves on various occasions to help where he could.

If we were to build again, possibly in 5 years time, we'll likely choose Eagle Homes and needless to say, request Carlos again if he's available.

Just wanted to thank Anthony at Eagle homes for all the hard work he has put together for us in our new home. He always had everything completed in a timely manner. He always reassured me that he would correct any issue or concern I had and made it a better experience. I think it is natural to have some anxiety as a customer to go thru the building process and he always kept me informed and explained the process well.
I love our home and I am happy with our experience with Anthony.

Well, finally got the house keys a few weeks back and can't thank Eagle Homes enough for getting the job done in these difficult times where the cost of raw material has soared and pandemic has shaken the industry. It took them pretty much a year to build. Could they have done the job quicker? "Yes". Did they have their reasons? "Yes". Extremely happy with the job done by Carlos, the builder. The walkthroughs were smooth and all our questions were answered patiently and in detail by Carlos. A thorough professional and master of his trade, I'll give 10outta 10 to him. Highly recommended.
Jessica in the office is always prompt and courteous to answer emails.

To conclude, their handover process isn't good as they don't install dishwasher and gas plus no air conditioning and hot water while handing over the keys. So, the first week or so is pretty uncomfortable, specially when you have kids.

A few things still need fixing and I hope Calros will get the job done asap.

I built with Eagle homes around 3 years ago for a very cheap price, (one story) 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 car garage at 400k. Our house today is worth more than a million, we have had no troubles with the house itself (which was built in a speedy time of 4 months) and no issues with the company. If you want a cheap yet trendy modern house, eagle homes it the way to go.

Than you so much Eagle Homes for completing our house and we are so excited to move in soon. Our journey with Eagle home was seamless even though we waited since 2019 due to COVID. I would say, “It was worth waiting”.

Jessica is expert in product selection and oh yes within our budget. Our house looks amazing post build, and I can’t thank enough to Jessica for all the advice. She is very professional is all means of communication.

Michael was amazing with all documents to LCC and prompt with e-mail advising what’s going with council requirements. Very professional and truly knows how to get things moving rapidly. All extra cost and changes to house dimension was very well explained and within time frame. This guy was… whoa … speedy with all e-mail and documents on time.

Finally, I need to mention the man who is the hero of my build, Carlos. OMG, what should I say, this guys is worth catching if you are building your new house. Professional, excellent time management and great sense of humour. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Hey Carlos, you on my radar, will surely catch you for my future build- NO escape man.

Thanks once again Eagle Homes for building our house. We really appreciate for the excellent presentation of our house. Eagle home is very fortunate to have you all. We will sure meet again.

Eagle Homes have been really helpful throughout the whole process. I haven't started building yet but in 2020 I lost my wife of 30 years in the middle of building our dream home. The pricing for building products sky rocketted. Fast forward 2022 I receive a call from the General Manager not knowing my situation at the time says to me that they wouldn't be passing on the increases (and they were significant) What that meant for me was financial burden lifted. I know that Eagle Homes can't do this everyone that signs a contract with them but it shows that not ALL builders are out to extract every dollar from their customers. Good on you Eagle Homes. With a heavy heart I find myself obliged to share our recent experience with Eagle Homes. There is nothing more frustrating than being treated with disrespect & no regard of how it affected my 2 young adult children by ignoring emails & phone calls. Quick to get a sale & even quicker to pull out of a contract. If the General Manager - Sandra is a reflection of Eagle Home’s professionalism then be warned - she is unshamefully happy to have no communication - no explanation - pretty much non existent - when having to communicate an explanation on why Eagle Home’s decided to pull out of 2 contracts which they themselves provided for signing. They were eagerly happy to receive $1000 x2 to begin the process of Land & Home Packages in Austral; a week before Christmas 2021 only for my children to be shocked to discover a few of weeks later Eagle Homes changed their mind & pulled out of the contracts. An explanation was non existent & silence from this General Manager both via our Solicitor & our phone calls & emails escalated our disappointment & unrelenless belittling of our self worth as First home buyers. It was weeks before receiving a poor response & only recently received the refund of x2 $1000. Caution when dealing with the hierarchy of this company as they have no qualms in ghosting except when reading truthful reviews.

We used Eagle Homes to build our fist house in Sydney. Very happy with their professionalism. Your better of going with a small time builder as eagle homes is built by 5 year olds, bad workmanship and won't come for repairs

From our first meeting with Richard Tan, from the Middleton grange office.the whole process has been fantastic. Not once he pressured us into anything, Richard gave great honest advice, great suggestions when asked for his opinions and was so quick to reply to emails/ and always answered. (Ps Definitely an asset for eagle homes to have him on there Payroll!) Our plans are complete, Thank you to Gerald, Zorana and Michael for all your assistance, you have been amazing. (Ps Michael is definitely another asset to the business) Honestly it has been the best experience. We feel very lucky to have had the expertise of these 4 wonderful eagle homes employees to guide us and highly recommend eagle to anyone looking to build in the Sydney!
It’s been quite a journey so far. There have been many phone calls, emails and changes. It’s a big thing building a house and we can’t wait to see the finished product. Exciting times ahead on 2022.
