Eagle Hawk Lookout reviews
16Astonishing views over Three Sisters! A quiet place to enjoy the beauty of the Blue Mountains. Sunrise or sunset is the perfect time to be there. Easy 1 min walk from the street. Highly recommended!
The most sublime lookout in the Blue Mountains, offering an amazing vantage point to take in a truly panoramic view.
Amazing views at this lookout point, just mesmerizing to see the gigantic mountains and the sky above it.
Great view of the Three Sisters. Go in the early morning for the low cloud and fog, or the evening for the golden light on the famous formation.
There's no parking. A small dirt alcove just after the lookout on the right (if coming from the direction of Scenic World). There's parking a 5 minute walk further along at the next lookout, but you're walking back along the road, which didn't feel particularly safe.
Yet another stunning example of the beauty that we are so lucky to have around us in Sydney, it's no wonder millions of people have visited, 2 thumbs up
Beautiful valley views across to the three sisters. Not wheelchair accessible or pram friendly. Not much parking space along the road.
Great secluded lookout, a perfect alternative to everywhere else. No toilets, no facilities, small space. Perfect place for a marriage proposal fellas!
This is a tiny little lookout - parking for maybe 4 cars - and do be careful, visibility when leaving is not great. But it has a HUGE view, and I reckon the 2nd best view of the Three Sisters there is. Best in the afternoon, when the light is on the Sisters. And if you're lucky, you might hear a lyrebird performing - I'm pretty sure we did.
Even though it's 3am, and can't see much at all, Im sitting at Eagle writing this review! In daylight, a great view of the Three Sisters, but parking is limited and track stairs are accessed for the short walk to the official viewing area. Anyone who is unable to manage the stairs, the view from the top is just as good, so dont pass it up if you get a chance to visit.
Why am I here at 3am? A wicked electrical storm came through, and I wanted to get the sisters with lightening backdrop. Then began sorting those pics.and here I still am!
No words. Blue Mountain shows its true worth on slight cloudy or rainy day. You get to experience the majestic view of terrifying force of nature and stand there in awe. Make a thermos of hot tea, sit down, and hope you'll never have to leave.
A small little lookout with an unrestricted view of the Three Sisters and the valley below. A great place to visit to avoid the crowds and tourists while still managing to take in the gorgeous view.
Definitely worth a visit. One of the many spots to walk to and enjoy the views of three sisters. It is more enjoyable than the main easy access lookouts and natural beauty is absolutely breathtaking.
It was a good way to spend a couple hours with the Three Sisters and learning more about forests.
Best place to view the 3 Sister and the valley without being swarmed by tourists. Limited parking but a short walk from Scenic World
This has one of the best scenic view. There is no official parking, you just have to park along the sign. One minute walk, no obstruction, full spectacular view of the valley.highly recommended!
Wonderful Blue Mountains and abseiling down them was beyond compare! Thank you Eagle Rock Adventures and Ryan for making such a perfect experience and exciting too! Will return again!
