Would highly recommend to anyone needing pest control. I had spotted a few German Cockroaches in my kitchen, Chris was very responsive to my initial message regarding a quote and had good availability. He worked very quickly, explaining what he was doing and also tells you preventative measures that aid the extermination. Since Chris' visit, I've not seen 1 cockroach which was very reassuring as German Cockroaches can be troublesome.

We are a local church and E1 were very, very easy to work with. He was very thorough on the phone in what we needed - and what we didn't need - and likewise when he came to our building. Couldn't recommend the business, the servcie and the price more highly.

Thanks to E1 for a professional house spray. Main issue was cockroaches and household pests but Chris also did a few unplanned extras (including wasp nests removal) for a very reasonable price on the day. Regular communication regarding arrival times was also a plus. Definitely recommend.

After moving into a new property we slowly discovered we had quite a serious rodent problem. I had tried the simple DIY remedies from Bunnings with no luck. After hearing scurrying in the roof at night and finding increasing droppings in the mornings throughout the house, the final straw came when a large hole was eaten through our couch by one of these critters!
I immediately got on the phone to E1 Pest Solutions on the Saturday morning and spoke to Chris. He was very helpful and booked me in for his first availability on the Monday. He took the time to ascertain my needs, explain the options and answer my questions.

The company’s systems for automated confirmation of bookings and providing tracking so you can see a live ETA of your service person was very helpful and professional.

Upon arrival, Chris spent time looking through my property and talking to me about the best options for our specific issue. He then executed it quickly and professionally, providing photographic evidence of his work.

We could hear increased activity in our roof that night (presumably the creatures making a run for it!), and by the following day (and ever since) we have not seen a single rodent dropping anywhere in our house, nor has any other furniture been damaged.
Our major problem was fully resolved almost overnight, for a very reasonable price!

I cannot recommend Chris and E1 Pest Solutions highly enough! I know who I will be calling next time I need pest control of any sort! Thanks again for everything, Chris!

I used Chris for an end of lease pest spray as it was required due to having a pet. Chris was the best price around, and this did not reflect in his quality of service! He was on time, very professional and performed the job quickly. Would definitely recommend him to others!

Dealing with Chris was easy: Arranging a mutually convenient time, excellent communication along the way. Eradicated wasp/hornet nests and did a walk around to be sure. I would definitely engage him again for our pest needs.

This is the second pest control I contacted since I moved into a new place and there are no roaches existing for more than a week after El1’s professional services!
It’s better than the first pest control company which they didn’t tell me that I need to clean out the cabinets in order to spray it properly which waste a lot of my time and money.

I’m very happy with El1’s service and definitely will give them a call again when any pest issues!

I cannot thank Chris (owner of the company) enough. I was affected by the floods in March (hawkesbury area), after the damage from the floods we then came to realise we had been affected by termites. I gave Chris a call who was very professional and prompt. Chris came to my house to find that the termites were no longer present (due to flood), so I asked for a quote to spray the boundary. That same evening Chris had phoned me and advised after seeing what we had been through and the damage the floods had caused he had spoken with his partner Dave and they both wanted to offer a free boundary spray. I was over whelmed with the offer could not thank both Chris and Dave enough. There are still nice people in this world, Chris and Dave just proved it. I would highly recommend both these guys to anyone. Thankyou again Chris and Dave much appreciated.
