Can't rate my experience highly enough. My Dyson product was fixed while I waited in store for no cost. I didn't even have to show proof of purchase or any warranty.it was just fixed. The sales and technical staff were all incredibly helpful.
1 star for the nice store and 1 star for the fact that it was well staffed… Shame the person I dealt with wasn’t very helpful.
I bought a Gen5detect last week and really wanted to get the Floor Dok Multi.
When I asked one of the staff members about it after pointing one out to him on the showroom floor I was told “We only sell them as part of a bundle with the new vacuums” and that was it. He didn’t offer an alternative way to purchase one, or advise of any other stockists that might carry them.
I purchased one on the Dyson store online once I got home. A bit of a disappointing experience overall as I’m now looking at purchasing other accessories as well.

Incredible service. We walked in with questions but definitely not ready or confident to commit to buying. Randy was very knowledgeable and gave us all the peace of mind that we needed. We purchased the product we we curious about and very happy that we did.

My Dyson V6 vacuum had lost its suction so I headed for the Dyson Demo Store Service Department. I booked an appointment online which was easy and with plenty of slots available on the same day. When I arrived at the store I was greeted in a friendly manner and my vacuum was looked at by Trilock (Hopefully right spelling) whom was very knowledgeable and helpful. Trilock was able to identify the issue at first sight, the motor had lost power, and explained that unfortunately the vacuum was out of warranty (which I knew) and that Dyson had stopped making parts for that version. Trilock informed me that there was a deal on at the moment for a trade-in of $300 for any new Dyson purchased which seemed very reasonable to me but I wasn't able to take advantage of the offer there and then. Trilock saw that I was pondering the purchase probably a bit longer than anyone whom would actually purchase a new one and said leave it here for 30-40 mins and come back, I'll see what I can do. I left the vacuum with him and went for a look around the centre. When I came back Trilock explained that actually not only had the motor gone, that there were another few different components whose end of life had been reached. He did say however that he had managed to get it working again but was unsure for how long it would last. I thanked Trilock and headed home. I just vacuumed my carpet with it now and it sure seems to be working fine. Thankyou Trilock for your kind service.
Amazing service! Spoke to Capucine and she helped me find an amazing deal that I couldn’t find during Black Friday. Also helped me carry the products to my car.
Despicable customer service. Went to get the air purifier due to allergies and discussed with a worker starting with c. We had left my contact number and number to return in 2 hours after I had to run to an appointment. When we came back to the shop, the same worker went to hide in the back and another worker came to tell us they sold the products and they don’t do holds…. So why take my details down to “put it on hold”. Wasted my time, my fiancés time away from work. Go to a different store!

Vacuum is fixed and the great service really made me feel good as you don’t see it enough after purchase nowadays
