Dynamic Property Services reviews
52 The Strata Committee of our building could not be happier with the services provided by Dynamic Property.
Our Strata Manager Ben is efficient, friendly and so good at managing a disparate group of people.
So impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of this company…. We definitely struck ‘lucky’ when they were recommended to us.
Have been dealing with Dynamic for over ten years. I have found all property managers that we have dealt with to be very responsive and professional.
I’ve had an ongoing issue of water leaking into my apartment for 4 months now, with mould continually coming back and this has still not been remotely resolved. My last 6 emails and 2 voicemails have not been responded to. Mary and Ben have continually ignored any communication. Really disappointed with this service.
I have worked with Dynamic for many years and have found them to always act in a professional manner with great knowledge in the Strata Law area where I sit on some boards.
The staff have always responded to all issues we have raised with them and would highly recommend them for any Strata Title management.
These guys call themselves Strata Managers but they don't do anything. Repeatedly ignored emails, questions and complaints. Now progressing with complaints to NSW Fair Trading AND NCAT.
Megan Parkins is one of the best strata agents which I have come across. Very knowledgeable, sincere and cool under pressure.
Unprofessional. Sadly our community hit the jackpot with not one, but two utterly despicable BMC administrators- 1st time Whelan property group and currently 'Iris Chau from Dynamic'. These licensed agents favorite pastime of meddling in affairs that they have no business in, and causing endless headaches for stratum lots owner. To add insult to injury, they take great pleasure in misinforming the stratum community, creating chaos, and sitting back to watch the community suffer. Honestly, someone should give them a medal for being such twisted individuals. Perhaps, "NSW Fair Trading" should introduce a special section to warn people against these destructive licensed agent alerts, and the strata community can stay clear of them all.
To all those who wrote those glowing 5-star reviews, congratulations on your impressive ability to lie shamelessly!
Unprofessional service, not respond to committee’ instructions. The strata manager hang up the phone with owner and rejected to communicate with owner
Our Strata Manager in particular, Megan Parkins, has been wonderful to deal with. She is extremely responsive to any correspondence and at our meetings is incredibly knowledgeable pointing out what we can and can’t do. She does a such a good job. She recently managed to close off a big outstanding matter for our building which was great
We have worked alongside with Dynamic Property Services now for over 5 years and they are absolutly amazing. Phillip Roumeliotis is one of the best building managers that we work with, professional and very knowledgable about the strata act. We would have no problems recommending them for new work and have done so in the past.
Thomas John, our Dynamic Property manager, has and continues to demonstrate
a professional approach to all strata issues for The Madison building. Thomas has been crucial in guiding key decisions for the committee on budgets, major projects and day to day operational matters for owners and tenants.
Thank you Thomas for all your hard work to date.
Regards
Chris
Awful company that practices unlawful activities constantly such as asking new tenants in Sydney Park Village for a $250 key deposit even though by NSW Fair Trading this is not legal. Doesn't matter how many times you tell them it is not legal or send them the regulation, and that they can not contradict State or Federal laws, they will keep saying is "the by-laws".
They are very aware of this but blackmail people because is either you give them the deposit or you can not move in. Aside from that, they love to implace many other by-laws that completely overreach State laws, which again, they are very aware of but don't care. They keep working with a building manager that is extremely agressive and they do not do anything about it. Avoid this company at all cost.
PS: I have all the emails so do not try to deny it.
This company is a joke! Never respond to emails unless chased. Pass buck to real estate agents then passed back. Poor communication with various issues and ongoing maintenance.
I have worked with Dynamic Property Services, DPS, on three sites in the past twenty five years as a Strata Committee member.
I would highly recommend DPS to any prospective Strata. Their integrity, professionalism, highly trained staff and back up support network are impressive.
I have held the Chair and Secretary roles at a high profile Sydney CBD site with 1450 apartments, 7 residential, Retail, Utility Stratas and a Building Management Committee, BMC.
This site has a very complex structure with over 150 shared facilities.
DPS have been on site from inception, 8 years ago, and had advised the Developer on setting up the BMC and Strata Masterplan.
During this time DPS have been working closely with the Owners Corporation, OC, to ensure that CPE have an experienced and confident BMC and Strata Committee capable of managing this multi-million dollar site.
I have every confidence in DPS and would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective Strata.
No service provided and insisted on collecting high quarterly strata fees. There is no transparency how the cost is calculated, the sinking fees has charged for newly built house. Interests are charged without notice. It's an absolute robberry.
Disorganised, exceedingly slow to reply to emails and generally uninterested in providing good customer satisfaction.
Called to update my address with the receptionist. She gladly took my details however failed to update the system.
Months later when I failed to get my strata bill I followed up and was told it had never been updated and that I was being charged late fees.
Only $120 but it’s the principle of the matter.
Argued for 3 months about the situation only to be told they will not budge.
- Took them months to reply to any email.
- Told me things on the phone that were then rescinded later on. (That interest would be paused on the debt while they “investigate”)
- Took a antagonistic attitude from the outset.
In reply to the below reply:
Yes that’s all well and good and a well thought out policy, BUT, wouldn’t it be expected for the front of house to inform me of this?
My gripe is that the receptionist gladly took my info and informed me she would update the system. This would never have been done unless I followed up 2 months later, and even then it still took you another 4 weeks to send the bill to my new address.
I’ve wasted countless hours arguing with your staff regarding the paltry ($120) late fee and you just can’t seem to admit you made a mistake and apologies.
It’s really all I want…. And I think it says a lot about your overall culture that you refuse to do this.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Staff do not respond to emails and when they do they ignore your questions and just repeat themselves. My property has been managed by a real estate agent for 5 years and there has never been an issue with access being provided for fire inspections. Suddenly they emailed just me about a fire inspection and didn't send the noticed to the managing agent. Obviously it was therefore missed by the tenant. It took an email to the general manager following 3 months of no response or pathetic responses that didn't address the issue to get a response and they then just still insist that the bill is owing even though it's their fault that the inspection was missed. The issue really is their distinct lack of communication skills and refusal to respond to any email or even read an email and understand it. Disgusting customer service. Both myself and the managing agent emailed the general enquiry email address and got no response and I also submitted a complaint to which I got no response. Several phone calls also resulted simply in being told that the staff member was on sick leave. Read receipts revealed that they were reading our emails and just choosing not to respond. Pathetic.
Would not respond to email or voicemail at all.
Does the strata manger Margaret Blackhall even exist?
